Essence 108, a continuation using the same bowl for the 104 to 106 Road to Eden, Destination, then Beautiful Things.
The essence has been outside since April 15th 2014. It is now September 12th 5 months!
This happens at times, a need for it to work within the energies of earth and beyond. It feels that earth has had much growth and movement this year. I was fascinated to watch how the crystals actually developed green moss, yet the essence asked to remain outside on the fence post as before.
With each seasonal change, full ( navy and harvest) moons and the solstice, I felt the link it formed with all life. It was so strong, I felt humbled by its process.
Then for the 7th to 14th July I was going away for a week and felt a need to place the essence on the ground in a safe place. I was amazed through all the high winds, storms and even cattle breaking in and brushing past it, that it had remained on that precarious fence post all that time!! Yet now., I was allowed to place it on the earth, and I must admit it felt much safer!
How do I know what the essence wants me to do? I feel it, and other essence makers do too, even beginners. It seems if you hold a clear intent to want to make an essence and link to that consciousness of creation with a pure and open heart, they will work with you – the energies that create the essences.
These can be made up of many forms, Gaia herself to the individual plants collective consciousness, the crystals you use, off world energies—many layers come together for this creation. I have always told my students to trust how they feel. It really is a time when we surrender and trust, we become very still within and feel. It’s a most powerful and a true gift to
ourselves as well as earth as we unite to create something powerful and new for our times.
As I meditated yesterday, I found this essence uniting with me. I felt its light And gentle love touching my pathway of surrender and giving for earth healing. We united as one and worked together in this. I knew in this that the essence is still working powerfully and deeply like a living thing.
I have felt uncomfortable bringing it inside and leaving it for a few days and yet I have noticed the light in it has changed from green to clear. It feels steady, still, powerful in absolute calm, yet powerfully sentient.

I have felt these notes were to be written now without even knowing how far I was to go with them and the words just followed each other with out thought or planning. It seems in a way the essence is communicating on some level anyway.

I came into my study to do some work. I tune into the essence bowl now sitting on my filing cabinet and sort of apologize not having made it up or made time for real tuning in. I ponder why it is even there and not outside with the elements.
I feel it touch my mind and it says:“To absorb human life and emotion”
“Outside life is in harmony here, the earth and sky marry into perfection. Clean winds blow over your farm. The sun and moon fill a clear sky. Rain is unpolluted by industry. Here is Eden. It is a space of growth and peace. Here, in that space I become earth and learnt to be part of its harmonic which we then offer to earth and beyond to strengthen areas where such light of Eden no longer exists.
Yet, earth is not all that is life. I speak of human kind, for they too offer balance in whatever form they may be,
to this earth, this green place, the vehicle where all life begun.
Thus I choose to be inside, amongst people for now—here I absorb the needed balance for all of humanity. Here life unfolds with love, emotion, peace. There are many feelings manifest and in this I touch the richness that is human life.
Fret not that I be here, It is my chosen place. When you leave this place (home) for a few days, I will assimilate all that is here. Not just of your human energies but also of things within the house itself, furniture; things you all touch and love. Things that hold the frequencies of many years. Things that make your life.
All is well, beloved Heather. This now is about balance—nature to human—bring both polarities together as one song of all life. This be my task now.”
The energy is strong, focused, beautiful. I feel humbled and in so many ways I am reminded of how I trust the essences paths. Each time I follow my heart and all is how it is to be,. Even though at times I question what I do.
This is the first time an essence has asked to be inside for a time. But then, essences always amaze me as they unfold. They always offer something new and rich, something to think about and learn venta de cialis en iquique from. In many ways they are amazing teachers.

I had a new cleaning lady Friday. She is a sensitive and commented that as she drove up the hill to our place she could feel much light energy coming to her.
In my study she was struck by the essence sitting on my desk which emanated so much love to her she was awed. ach time the essences reflect great love, I too am awed and humbled by the experience. In this instance, the amount of energy the cleaning lady and the essence bowl exchanged was amazing.
It seems the essence is learning from human kind as it said, but more—I feel it is working with the healing of those whose essence it touches.
I asked it who it was and this was the response:
“I am the light. I am the song of creation manifest. I encapsulate all the light that is growth and unity in this bowl. I am all things as one with all life.
Feel me and know this is within each of you Oh humankind. Here, I reflect the higher truth of this. Let this radiate to you and remember who you are, for we be one in this place of light I be in. Gaze well on my images here and let me take you into the heart of love, for together we may expand into true union with creation.”
When the cleaning lady was here, I thought about giving her a small vial of the essence in the bowl. I was got a resounding “NO!” It was explained that this essence cannot be contained in any way.
I have never felt the essences were contained when they were completed and bottled up, so this is an interesting reaction. Maybe it’s not time or maybe this essence seeks to remain in the bowl for some time.
It is now the Equinox. I wonder if this impact on the essence. I feel not however

23rd September
I woke feeling the essence in the bowl today. I also became very aware of the crystals that lie with in the bowl that have helped create this essence. More on that later.
I want to call this essencepresence, not essence. It is fully formed, I feel
but seems to work from the bowl itself. I get a strong impression it can be called Heaven on earth for it is a true gateway to the song of all life. It encapsulates harmony and total peace and balance. It manifests the highest love.
What is heaven on earth then? It is being love and having no fear. In this way we become our true selves, the true nature of our manifested human form (S) on earth. As human we choose the karma’s for lessons, yet we are clothed with love and fear. Fear is the shadow that highlights the light however and can be in perfect balance with the light within. False darkerness is the true fear which many live off and by. To heal false fear is to become love. It has been taught to me many times that if we love our fears, they have nowhere to go – and then we heal what is old energy and step into the new light we truly are.
Is this what the new earth is about? Yes indeed. To me it is living in heaven on earth. It is attitude and understanding. We live side by side with all those we love and know — but in heaven on earth, we are more—we are the light and we live with love for we are love. We are the temple and we live the prayer. In this way we become the alchemists for in this life for we have transmuted the darkness of fear into the brightness of love—and we offer this to humanity.
That’s how we can make a difference to humanity but at the same time, we live in balance and peace, with joy and surrendering to the love we are. This is called living in grace.
The essence presence then, manifests this in abundance. Those who are sensitive to vibration can feel this in the bowl itself for it gives off huge light and love to those who touch its space.
As it lives in human company, it feeds this out yet learns from us all too. I am wondering if there is more for it to do – but time will unfold this.
I woke this morning feeling a need to talk about the temple crystals for these are what lie within the bowl.
Yes it was a calling. It is equinox time, and in the stillness of the cusp of new unfolding creation, my heart heard the calling.
I fetched my bowl yet I was not to add flowers yet. I had to go to my sacred mandala and see what was to enter the bowl. I was surprised so many Lemurian seeds wished to be added, and one Metatron earth crystal.
Outside I was called to collect the new flowers, once more it seemed white, pinks and purple needed to be added.
There was one large petunia in deep velvety purple that wanted to be used, but not picked, just placed beside the bowl so it could droop in.
The bowl now sits outside beside the purple petunia.

In the process a great stillness and joy manifested within me. It was all around me, like the temple of light it gathered, forming a circle of energy of love, grace, protection around me,. It felt like a womb holding me in its loving heart. In a way it seemed to manifest as a temple all along.
Its not time really to delve into the essence, but I felt a need to enter it. It felt like I walked through an ancient crystalline city as if I walked between the many crystals in the bowl. But I am aware that some of crystals that called to enter the bowl seem to hold vast knowledge from ancient temples. There are some I felt held star energy, some of the 7 sisters from the Plaidies are also part of this essence bowl, and so the star energy within is also strong, adding a balance with the earthly flowers, the Mothers Heart so strongly evident in the bowl now.
Yes its equinox and so we touch all life here in this bowl, a balance of heaven and earth. A balance of ancient teachings of loving wisdom and the earth’s softness embracing the all.
10.pm Friday 21st March
I have not felt a need to touch the essence yet. I leave it as it is under the stars. However I am aware of light dancing out of it up like rays of light. These are not steady but move as in a waving movement. The energy in the bowl seems like it celebrates all life. There is an excitement in it, a very alive energy like its squatting on its haunches loving the night, the stars, life. I feel the two energies within, star and earth,. Acting as a balance like two candles on a mantel, as they show me now, both burning brightly, both offering counter balance for the other. Both needed in balance and harmony, each helping the other grow yet thus far, working separately.
There seems ot be a spiral rising up, spinning very fast,. With in it I see the temples I assume in the Lemurian seed crystals. Maybe what I see is a memory rising up.. I now being shown an oceran with a moon shiningg on ripples of water.
“Memories dearest. You see memories within us evolving out into the thought forms the essence unites to create as part of her unfolding. It is as if what we are is released for a time to aid in the manifestation of a new frequency as manifested through the essence. This is all.”
This is all?! There is such power in what you have said!

I have not felt a need to communicate with the essence and have left it to be. In the beginning I was aware of the separation of the crystals and flowers but that is less evident now if at all present.
The essence seems whole now and just seems to embrace where it is, its vital presence here now. I hear it is a bridge between dimensions, space and time. Once more I am aware of the portal effect it is. In many ways it feels like a uniting of both worlds forming balance. So maybe its fairer to say the essence that unfolds is a link or unites both worlds as one. The crystals have a lot to do with this and the flowers are earth, whole and grounding.
This essence to me reflects a union of layers of energies. The essence is not a gateway allowing other energies here, rather it unites them. The flowers are a lyrical song manifesting earths love, beauty and joy. They also seem to reflect Eden, in that the possibility of perfection remains here on earth. If we know it is here we are more able to embrace what is, rather than reach for is not.or once has been.
Are we being reminded then that Eden, the perfection of life—exists now and can be reclaimed? Is earth now in that place of light perfection, ready for those who seek and are open to it?
Yes. Other essences have alluded to this too, yet this essence shows it’s true.

I have ben away today and no time with the essence yet the reaccuring theme emerging for me is that this issence is bringing foreth the Eden song, where we are eden with in and sio it is there for us toi claim if we choose.
So many people seek the perfection and yet they seek it outside themselves. It lies with in and this essence alerts us all to this knowledge.
More tomorrow as i feel tomorrow the essence will ready to be made up.

As I stood with the essence today, I got a strong feeling Thoth was standing with it.
This essence holds the key to the ancient understanding that there is a wholeness and truth in all we are asked to follow. It also holds the balance of life, so above so below. The holy cup therein. Perhaps this is Eden in its wholeness and the essence encapsulates this wholeness.
For some reason I felt called to add this here too, for it is meant to be scribed by the beloved wise Thoth long ago, and this is one simple translation by Dennis Hauck from his book on the Emerald tablets.
“Beloved one you speak truth for this essence holds the key to true knowledge and will set many free from the bindings of misconceptions about life and their path in it. In this new age we ask man to walk freely, with an open heart unencumbered by fear and free to express all that they are.”
I see an image of early man walking tall and straight, unlike the apes of early times.
“Yes indeed we show you this analogy to reflect new man in new earth for this is how we see new man on new earth, the evolution is as great from the apes of early man to new man of now. Walking straight and tall is about purpose, positive approach to life unencumbered by fear which is reflected in anger, greed, jealousy, shame, blame—the list goes on, yet all of these are a reflection of fear.
In the last essence we walked you into the new earth by openeing a gateway to allow the higher essence of life access to earth now. This essence offers you this higher place of light. As you take this new essence or are with it, you are welcomed to Eden, as you have called it. You are welcomed to return to your true self. One who is love, one who walks in grace, for in this you walk in the purity of a new earth, washed clean of all fear, free to express the wholeness of its divinity. The new earth we speak of lies with in dear ones, it is who you have always been, but have chosen to forget as fear took you on a different path.
Do you want this new earth Eden opened to you ? Do you accept our offer? Then take this essence with all our joy knowing that you offer this also through yourself to those on earth.
For, YOU are the gateway now beloved ones, you walk this path of Eden and man will be touched by your presence here now.
Celebrate this with us. Be this.
The words of Thoth as expressed here are as fresh now as they were when recorded. It matters not how these are expressed, rather they hold the frequency of a deep truth. They illuminate what this essence is about.
See this essence as a song of life, a celebration for the true beauty rebirthed now within earth itself. See it like a fine spring day, a new awakening for the all who are open to feel, to see, to know and to accept and then to embrace.
Leave this now for a little longer for we wish to embrace this new day with the clarity and purity it brings, for we have opened earth around us here to feel and be one with us as you may be.

The essence has been ready for some time to make up yet it seems to have enjoyed being outside in the autumn sun.
As I bring the essence inside I am aware I have yet top be given a name for it.
“Call it Road to Eden dear Heather, for this name reflects its intention. The road of course lies with in which is what all man needs to – that all ye seek is with in now and is not beyond the self. Understand?
Make this essence up and we will speak to you again”

I have just made up the Mother. I now hold the Mother bottle to me with gratitude and love and in the silence space reflect on the essences path and its purpose. A road to Eden? That this essence is a guide to allow us to embrace our higher selves, our sacred divinity, our true nature which is love through its offerered gifts. Once more I am deeply humbled by such a gift via the essence.
“Beloved daughters listen well. For this be truth. Now in your world, the new light of earth has awakened. Here as part of this new dawn, you are asked to acknowledge your true nature at last.
Your stories speak of Eden, Adam and Eve and the fall. The Fall was about descending into fear, that is all. Adam and Eve were not cast out of Eden, they simply could not return as their fear had lowered their light frequencies.
In the eons of time since that time of the beginning of man on earth. man has evolved back to be in a place where fear no longer has to hold him. When fear is released at last, freedom follows and joy is embraced as is love, peace and grace. This essence asks you to embody these things and it will guide you there as it will enable you to free the remnants of your ancestry – fears you have carried in your DNA since those times.
Man often speaks of past lives, past memories but understand that much of these memories are genetically based on the DNA of your ancestry, carried with in you.
Now be free. Let go of all that lies within, begin life anew with the fullness of your divine nature shining through at last., This is possible. It does not mean changing your life style, your friends, your loyalty. It does not mean that life will change for you yet your changes are within. As I write these words I can feel great love in them. Surely these are keys as the frequency of your loving message of hope for many is shared here?
“Oh yes beloved Heather, indeed, for many will read but few will ask for the essence itself, therefore it is our task to reach many in all ways. As this essence unfolds itself, its wings of light reach out like ripples on a pond and touch all of humanity. Yet to use this essence is also a commitment, a responsibility, to self, for by doing so, you have accepted what we asked —to be with us in all things of light and here, your path will change via perception as the joy you will learn to embrace will shift and change your view of life, self and in those quiet spaces, you will know us and be us for we are all One are we not?
Learn then this—that each of you is like a cell of the collective consciousness called Mother Father God, The Father, Creation—what ever name you use, together as one, you create the ALL. What you are strengthens the love that is your true self and it flows from you like a river to unite with all creation and then touches the hearts of those who still seek (us) and wish for peace.
This is the task we offer you this day at this moment in your time.
Do you accept?
Then join us now and know you are also the essence – of life, of love and humanity, be it and let it grow within and then be free to be all your true nature is, one of the divine song of all life. Rise up, be reborn and live in grace.
This essence may be taken by mouth or placed in a bowl or even in your burner. It may be used in your bath, on your pillow. Hold it to your heart in gratitude as the commitment to be the Divine Self is offered, for then we walk the same path back to Eden where the purity of self can once more be fully expressed.

Such gentle words with a depth of loving offering. Once more I feel we are gifted so much and I am humbled by this.
I have made up the essence and taking 7 drops of the dosage is all that is needed.

I have finally decantered the remaining mother into a jug as it did not feel right yet to gift it to the earth.
I took it outside and united with mother earth to ask what it is to be used for now.
“:Beloved daughter of light. This liquid is infused with the gold energy of all life. It is not an essence to be used as such, rather a sacrament for where it feels needed to be placed.
For now, leave it in your study on your desk as as time evolves you may understand ways it can be used.”
As I close my eyes and look at it it seems ot be a ball of vivd orange gold light. Yet it seems to be two sections of of the sphere it is.
“This is the two layers of creation beloved one. In this you see clearly. Two halves of creative consciousness. To be explained another time—today, you are tired and this work may be put aside.”
Later when I cleaned out the bowl, I was asked to replace the crystal in fresh water and leave it outside. Another essence?
Wednesday 2nd April new beginnings – essence called Road to Eden – Destination
I have left the crystal bowl outside and have not gone near it. Yesterday I was aware of great light with it. I felt being Lemurian seed crystals it may bring much early or celestrial energy with it, but I had no idea, just this amazing light.
Since beginning Road to Eden, I have found out I have a tiny carcinoma in my breast which will be removed. As I felt called to take drops of Road to Eden today, I was pondering that maybe these essences would make me one for my own healing.
“What do you think this one is, Beloved”the essence responded. Then added“And what of what lies outside in the bowl? Do you think we would leave your healing unattended?”
I felt grateful and smiled. But there is much to the Lemurian seed crystal bowl unfolding I have yet to be given. It is so light filled, its beautiful. I can feel its strength of purpose, its identity is the word I have to use. This is unknown yet, unnamed.
Then it begun to talk to me.
“We are the pillars of light holding the power of the light to earth. Yes, you see us as streams light like pillars reaching to the Beyond. But we are more than a bridge between heaven and earth, into the realms of the unknown. We bring forth the ancient teachings of the parallels of universal knowing. We are the temple song from the place known as Lemuria. This is not of earth, beloved as you think, but beyond. What you have perceived as old earth is this, yes, but not earth as it was known through your scientific explorations of old earth now. Lemurian song was like a golden cup of life superimposed over earth like a golden mantle, offering the earths beginnings new hope, new birth for another life unfolding .
You have often said it seemed to you that Lemuria floated above the earth. This be true in many ways, yet see it as a dimensional shift of frequencies overlaid to earth for earth beginnings.
In many ways your story/ memories of the lemurian self, Illeana and her soul twin Llarimus was a metaphor as is Adam and Eve, for this story exemplified new birthing through experience. White Eagle whom you loved then did exist yet he was the father of all. Your hearts memories hold true to the love you had for him. Your feelings as his daughter was as a collective daughter.
This day we bring great healing to you of the past. Within you lies the seeds of great and noble lives of the many. Pathways followed, crossed, explored and embraced with all manner of feelings, for man is one who feels. Deeply. This we love about man, his ability to feel so deeply. It is seen as weakness, but nay, it is a strength.
It is these emotions – you have defined them as love and fear, which has shaped man to this day. The karmic interactions have been great and in this lies illnesses very expressed in your now times and which can be released through releasing the old that lies within. This be the experiences of attachment to your emotional interactions to life.
You are a daughter of the human race. What lies within you is this race of historic experiences and as one human who is a micro of the macro, you hold all human experience. Disease is a manifestation of the human collective and while some humans have a predilection to certain illnesses through family genetics, in fact it is the thought processes and emotions of family DNA which you carry as part of a collective. These patterns are the threads to cause disease.
Your little lump is one such manifestation, where stored pain from long ago surfaces. This is what cancer is beloved one. It be as a closed fist holding to itpain of long ago; it may be millennia. In your time of being, you allow this to manifest so it may be cleared by the strength of your own focus and dedication for earth and human healing.
This day we bring forth this knowledge but more. We bring the ancient light back to earth to shine brightly. See this in some ways as the purity of Eden. We see you smile as you say that we represent the rainbow or pot of gold at the end of the Road to Eden! This too makes us ‘smile’ for yes, to follow this path leads back to such a place of pure light, pure joy, where the true divine self is revealed and there you embrace it fully at last.
This is what we offer through us. This is the completion of the essence’s journey, Road to Eden, for we are its destination. Yes you may call us this:
Road to Eden, destination.
This can be made up but leave us for let us offer our light to earth longer. In this formation we will continue to be a life force united as one, offering to earth kind.”
Friday 4th April 8.27AM
I have been aware of this essence in the bowl. The clarity and light there is amazing. It feels like waters of light bathing me in their healing frequencies. Within these waters I feel a deep sense of calm, purity, rightness and love, This feels like it is DESTINATION.
I have not felt to make it up yet I know it’s completed. My impression is it is working via the bowl to me. I took Road to Eden drops last night and felt I wanted to add drops from the bowl as well, but did not as I do not have to – its working with me all the time.
Cancer to me is trapped emotion not released. If I use this premise, I have looked within to seek any imbalance. I am a person who tends to see the positive in everything. I let go of hurt and move on. I love what I have feared and so over time, I think I have healed any fears I have known I carried. Yet in my calm, who knows, perhaps I hide things on a deeper level at times.
I see this essence then as one that frees me to explore my deepest truths for it surrounds me with the calm and the love it is. Interesting. I will flow with it and let it unfold further. All I can say is I feel a deep level of joy which seems in contrast with my health, yet it is how it is, and this tells me much about my own pathway in this.
It is now Saturday. It’s a clam and beautiful mild autumn day. Bird song abounds and I have been watering my pot plants and communing with its floral beauty. The garden has a stillness I feel when I make an essence especially, that calm gentle serenity that is nurturing and healing. I feel the Destination essence reaches out like rings of light embracing what I love as it embraces me. How beautiful.

The power of Destination has flawed me. It has been so amazingly powerful and with me while my carcinoma and lymph gland was removed. I found it surrounding me all through the process as if I swum in its light, for it felt like moving light. There is no doubt in my mind that Destination was made for my healing, a blessed gift of grace.
It also explained much to me about the nature of healing for human kind. It explained that our DNA structure holds memories and the understanding that at some times healing is needed via human intervention, as in my case, removing a lump under anesthetic with follow up as ordained by my lovely surgeon. This is how my body understands the nature of healing for me at this time, however, my light bodies respond and know the nature of vibrational healing as through the essences I work with. In this instance, Destination was created to work with me this way, so it is very much about the healing process too.
There is no doubt I have made a faster recovery than is expected, and all the way through I felt so good, so happy on deeper levels I knew I was surrounded by the deepest healing frequencies. The cancer growth was minimal as well which seemed to surprised my medical team. I have had very little pain or discomfit which is also unusual.
I have not felt Destination is to be made up as an essence, rather to remain the bowl outside for some time. If it is to be made up, I know I will be called. It feels like a guardian watching over me. Even so, I am aware the interaction with me has lessons considerably, is more gentle as if the volume on the HiFi has ben turned down, but I am aware of its presence, its love and interestingly, its personality.
If I can try to define that, I seem to feel the presence of the sacred with in, like my cat man guardian but others too. I am aware of Sandalphon and Metatron, AAMichael, the Mother energies of earth, and other. Since we are all One, perhaps this is how these frequencies are defined for me.
As I write this I just lookled outside at it, it is glowing with all this light, the sun of course, but it seems so alive it takes my breath away.
I write all this as I suspect there are lessons here to be shared about the nature of healing. It feels this is not just about me, rather all of us. This manifestation is through my essence, Destination, yet I think each of us finds our own path in this. The flames certainly make a huge difference too, but each of us has our own unique path which manifests for us as needed. I believe we need to trust this and allow it to unfold as a sacred path and lessons are gifted to us.
Yes, another adventure!

How interesting neurologically it makes a 1, new beginnings!!!!
While I have felt the essence has been completed for some time, as the vibration was more gentle, it has continued to flow to me in a steady fently sort of flow. I asked today whether it is to be made up. I was told that it can stay in the bowl for as long as I like, but now in so many ways it has added global and others healing to his collective frequencies.
I will make it up then as a mother and stock calling it no 105 Destination

I write this after making it up on the 23rd
I was called to make another Mother with it today. It seems to have regrown into its own energy once more, like its more alive and active. Will continue this way as called and the bowl remains outside as its energy is so refined and pure.
22nd may. 2014 NEW BEGINNINGS
The bowl is still outside and I felt not to touch it.. However I did ask its purpose now and i was told to leave it longer and that it has now evolved past destination to new beginnings.
I was surprised but it also made sense, that when we arrive we begin all over again,. That all life is filled with challenges and new purpose.
It feels like this Is now its name, pathway to explore and embrace, a place where all fear, now gone, opens greater possibilities as gifts to man and earth. This essence becomes the guiding light where one may choose to follow, to be part of the new song of creations endeavors on earth now.

Talking this essence, which you may do will offer new challenges and new explorations.
Many people see that essences are just a vibrational healing tool, as the Bach flower essences which work with just one flower and unfold for personal healing paths. When we combine plants or/and crystals, shells and other sentient life forms, however, we create something new which is amazingly alive and interactive with our now times. The essences call this unfolding a hatching of new life. I find that very beautiful.
The following essence is very much about this, and while it has become an ongoing one, I felt it was needed to be posted as it is very much about our new earth frequencies now. My essences are very channeled as they unfold, and they share interesting and sacred gifts of knowledge. In many ways they have been wonderful teachers as what comes through is so pure.
The following essence was begun on 20th March 2014 when I felt ‘called’ to make another essence. That’s how essences a work for me, I feel a strong need or calling and I just surrender to that. I get my essence bowl, fill it with water stand with nature and meditate into stillness. The plants then call me, and as I walk around the garden I know what to pick intuitively. Later I am amazed at what I did not notice to pick or what plants grow out of season for me. It feels humbling to be there and to feel this love that walks with me. The sounds of the external world seem to fade away and all I see and feel is the garden. Sometimes I am called to add crystals as in the one below, but not always.
In some cases, an essence may be made in a day or two. Others take much longer. At times they change direction in the bowl and grow as we all grow into a new awareness and purpose.
The following essence begun as Road to Eden, then became Destination and now has become New beginnings. Well, that’s certainly a path of evolution, isn’t it! Along the way this essence was for me but I am certainly a micro of the macro so what I experience is not unique.
The essence is not yet finished and so if it’s appropriate, I will add more notes here.
This section is about my latest essences, and so when another is to be made, these notes will be moved to the the general Essences section.

Two Essences 12th April 2010
Francois came to stay and was very interested to see me make up an essence for a friend. I asked if he would like to make one with me, and as I reached to let him used my essence bowl I was not allowed to give it to him and so I gave him a bowl m my students often use. As I prepared him, I felt such a rush of energy from one of the flora bunda roses I knew I too was to make an essence and it was the reason I was not allowed to let him use my essence bowl.
I watched Francois gather the needed plants for his essence quietly, gently, thoughtfully and then I fetched my bowl. Of course the flora bunda roses asked to be added—they peep into my study through the door and seem very much part of my world.
This time it was the pinks and white flowers that called to be added—impatiens, roses, a tiny piece of golden budlea bush, a vivid pink geranium, others– I had to hunt through the tangle of early autumn plants to reach some, but this is what I did.
The energy coming from the bowl was so soft and gentle, I knew I had the heart of the Mother- Sandalphon with me and she had imbued the essence deeply with her velvety loving touch. I felt so much stillness, so much joy, out of time into the energy of all time—and we united as one.
Before I even had time to put her in her chosen place, I heard a loud calling, agitated, excited, and impatient. It was a red flowering gum tree I have in a corner of the garden. I have known for some time now that she wanted me to make an essence just using her flowers, but for some reason the time never seemed right. Now her urgency drew me to her and just as I finished Sandalphon’s, I felt this other calling .
I collected another bowl and went to the flowering gum tree. Her heart was bursting with love and excitement — she was asking me to make an essence of just her aspects – buds new and spent, flowers open and emerging, seed pods, bark and weeping sap. I was then asked to make sure I left this bowl of red gum energies under the umbrella of her weeping branches. This time, not only the aspects of the tree but the whole tree were involved in this creation of a new life form as an aspect of the trees energy.
I had made two different essences and it felt almost as one was so at peace, the other was excited as joy burst out of every part of the tree. I just gave her love and moved around her, talking to her as I would a child, stroking her branches, adding love to the seeping gum where she had been damaged. They all called to be added then, in the late autumn sun, where everything looked golden and mellow after a warm sunny Autumn day.
I know for these two—both manifest different levels of joy. Sandalphon’s is gentle, assured, loving and at peace. The red gum is excited, joyful clear and strong – so strong like a finely tuned note excited to be allowed to share this energy she is.
As for me—I feel peace and joy, and deep love for each of these emerging essences placed so far apart yet in harmonic together. Different songs sing as they reach for creation, reaching up and up like curls of light. Both sing a song of joy and harmony and both are different yet part of the same song. There is balance in their very
differences and it is their combined love and joy that makes them sisters, I feel it.
As I close my eyes and allow them to take me on their journey, I feel we travel through the night skies to the stars. I feel the dreamtime in the red gum flowers, revisiting the ancient times and land of Australia’s beginnings. She holds the wonder of life evolving as she reaches out to touch this life of a new earth. Through her eyes I watch Australia form and begin to live. I see her joy knowing this is her memories of life and her eternal knowing of all life. The colours of Australia are strong in her- -like the red ochre’s, the deep greens and blues—the blacks—all present, all so vivid in her memories. I feel like an intruder as I watch her intensity of the joy of reunion with life’s calling for her—back to the past—to bring it to the present.
The perfection of all life then it its pristine purity and majesty. It is strange for I see two moons or is it a sun and a moon? My eyes fill with tears for the intensity is overwhelming. The land is open like a new heart – empty of human kind and few animals yet it waits and surrenders to the colours of life it is and I seem to have settled into the form of a young Aboriginal boy curled up asleep like he is part of the landscape. I see him wake and welcome the new day — the colour and light are beyond imagination. It is as if I watch creation and this is Adam waking to a new world, yet he is a child. I hear the name ‘Adamas’ perfect man newborn into life embracing the truth that is Eden. Both names are metaphors for new beginnings and new acceptance of life as life.
I hear it singing and dancing like an autumn leaf fluttering in a gentle breeze. I withdraw to leave the beloved little red gum flower essence to its own memories as it embraces its true self and the old as it become new with in its heart. I linger—I do not want to leave; yet it is time to leave. I fill this place with all my love – as much love as I can give and more—for this too is my land, this too is my heart. The
little red flowers have taken me home too—to my own beginnings as an aspect of earth. It is myself I see and I feel the joy of the little red flowers that welcome me home. I am human, yet I am the earth. The tears fall freely.
And in this knowing – beloved Sandalphon stands with me, her gentle grace holding my heart with her embrace, for we too—are one song of light. We too, as One united to create earth and to be earth, and I felt it—her steady strength and whispers of Us—holding me in the storms of knowing, or revisiting, of Be- ing.
Sandalphon now speaks
“Peace beloved Heather – silent one who is of the earth, we walk with you this night to welcome you home into the arms of life. For you is life beloved one—Earths life.
Hold your heart open wide and let us step into it for we are One—one life one heart one joy – the mothers-we be, aspects of earth feeling the love we be.”
I understand the two essences now. There is rawness with the gum flower essence– the intensity is so strong. Sandalphon’s essence is here to nullify that intensity but also to act as a guardian for it too.
Sandalphon speaks
“Yes beloved one – beloved self—yes. This is too strong to work with alone, you need other aspects of self to hold you through this journey and so we have come. Allow and allow — be at peace – remember Trust and Love is a strong essence for your hearts calling – allow — allow—be One with us and know together we create home in other ways, other levels as we unite all time together as one energy – one song of creation emerging as one life, one light.”
It is as if two sides of life are coming together to make one. It is like I see the beginning of an eclipse and the light is vivid on one side of the planet and it is yet to cover the whole planet or sphere. I see this as blinding light—as it creeps into union. Is this old and new convergence? The old in its harmony now emerges once more and together – earth beginnings and our now time come together gradually to make one time as all time—at last— at last—we become One life out of time—for is not the future earth emerging? If we choose—as individuals we may—as a collective enough of us will take all the rest with us to this new place of light. What will man choose, I ponder? I remember the beginnings, when man walked earth in all her purity and splendor—then I recall how life demises as innocence is lost and fear and greed are realized. That time—the fall—when Adam and Eve understood all manner of fear and so they could not return
to Eden as their energies had become denser. This was mans beginnings when he chose the dark over the light and forgot his divinity. For these are simply metaphors for the collective races then.
What I witness now through the essence sis new life emerging, the chance to begin again and reclaim lost purity.
I feel like it is death, the prelude to death – I am not to die rather it is bringing together aspects of myself—an initiation—a realignment of self, a letting go of what no longer serves me.
I recall that my Lemurian father White Eagle came to me in a vision some weeks back and gave me his blue cloak and then he gave me his third eye. These two were an initiation. The power returns to me for the purpose of bringing this light so strong to earth once more. I said to him “father, this cloak is too big for me!” He smiled and said, “You will grow into it.” I feel it and now I see so much gold all around me and in this vision—it’s so strong –yet it is also my light they show me. I am to step into this light.
I reach for Sandalphon’s hand and we walk in together. We become a star that shines so brightly; I hear we have become the star of Bethlehem. We shine over all of life offering the song of creation in its finest purity. The little red gum flower was there to remind me of my truth—who I am and what I am to do – what I do now, yet there is a shift and a focus new to me. I gather the cloak around me, it will guide this purpose.
It is now time to let this go – life calls and waits to allow the essences to do their work. My love is deep this night for all life and Sandalphon is within me.
14th April 10.34PM
Today I worked in the garden, it called me to be grounded and François and I cleared and weeded and pruned. This was not the time to speak to the essences for me, they all had their own pathways, yet I felt them – a mix of hatching creation in the red gum flower, which I was calling gateways, and the stillness and peace of the Sandalphon’s essence which had asked to be placed on a fence post right next to the garden we worked in, and when we thought of it—we would gaze at the light and energy emerging there.
While I left mine alone, Francois felt a great need to carry his with him when he went to another place on the farm and placed it under an ancient gum tree. He said as he walked away from it, it called him back and wanted to be with him. I have never known a hatching essence to be so joyous to be carried around like that, and when Francois questioned how he felt, Sandalphon seemed to reach out of her bowl to re-assure him. The three essences somehow worked together even while they stood apart, yet their combined love and waiting seemed stronger. When Francois took his away form its first resting place, it seems empty there, alone.
It feels as if the red gum essence is wrapped in its own memories of the past earth, still and is in bliss. The other remains as a sentinel strong, steady, calm and pure love. Now as I reach out and touch the hearts of my two essences, there is such a sweetness and peace. Like a lullaby almost, for me, to rest, to sleep and to be. So I shall.
It is not time to make up the essences yet, maybe they will not be made up—at this stage it feels that all their work is in the bowl and it is enough. I will see.

yes i agree , very much. The essence is now made up– and i will add the notes probably tomorrow. In the end the two had to be made up individually and then as one essence. I wondered if this is how it was to unfold. I know there is more to write though and so when i have a quiet space, i will allow that communication.
It warms my heart that you sense the truth here and also– you are right, the notes are designed to allow you to trigger its processing without having to own the essence. That is why my notes are so long – they hold the resonance.
The other essence being made by my friend is also completed and i am hopiong he will post his own story here, it is not my task really to share to share it for him, but he given me permission me to add some of the photos we took during its own processing. Some of these are so amazing — light flashes and orbs present. He was overwhelmed at times by this experience, his first ever essence and now will make more when he returns to france next week.

The final notes for the essences
April 15th AM
Many visions of the energies of these essences now. While my inner senses tell me its time to make them up— Sandalphon essence asks that I do not do this just yet.
One vision I do remember showed that I was to combine both essences and as I poured one into the other, their strands of light combined to make perfect DNA harmony.
Also, what has surfaced for discussion is that essences can be made by thought and not actual physical interaction. This has come up a lot with Francois’s experience for his essence in the beginning seemed undecided which way to go, what was needed. It was as if he was in charge of controlling his essence. We know thought manifests and so was the essence telling him to create his desires, which would translate into the essence and so add the needed frequency for his own path? I felt the essence was guiding him to thinking about his own choices, his own needs and he. An essence works with us as it is hatching and so it is an interactive process. I felt the end result of his first essence would mirror this inner self knows.
I pondered on how I allow the essences to guide me; I do nothing but follow what they ask of me. Does this mean I am so open that our union is complete – nothing is asked of my needs? The essences are about allowing the energies of creation to embrace us in whatever way we need, seek or for our unfolding future. They guide and aid these things. François’s essence is in his bedroom and his room is so filled with joy he is amazed by the experience. While he breaks all the ‘rules’ it is working for him—and filling his heart with wonder and joy at what unfolds– I think he is very surprised by this experience and it delights him.
Other visions—gone now—
Later this day I felt called—the essences were ready to be made up late afternoon. It amused me that while they were ready after lunch, Sandalphon just wanted to enjoy physical interaction longer. So I left herm there until ate after notion. This time, Sandalphon asked that I place the essences side-by-side m ready to be made up when I felt ready to do so. Now they enjoy the starry night and see happy, side-by-side enjoying the bonding forming.
They are indeed one now.
Sandalphon told me that I would need to make up three mothers. Each one will be it self and the thirds will be a combination of the two—this will be the yin and yang of the life force coming to earth. This is the true gateway of life in all it’s balance and perfection uniting with the mother to make a completion of life on earth,
And so it will be.
I will make this up tomorrow morning, not now, as it feels right to leave then outside, overnight.
16th April 8.11AM
its time to make up the essences. They have sat side-by-side outside overnight, but I feel the calling now—it is time.
I gather the bottles—three — and feel a need to work outside where the essences are. All of a sudden my study is flooded with light, and the essences are now bathed in the early sun adding warmth to a chilly morning or 7C
I make up the Sandalphon essence, then decant the liquid form the gum flower essence into the bottle. Then stop. There is not much of this liquid—what I am I to do? Make them up separately with brandy and then mix them or make them up raw before the brandy together? I stop and ask and feel Sandalphon speak:
“We will guide you” she says “go and type up your notes and we will be there”.
I am usually very sure, but this time I need to understand more clearly.
“Beloved daughter follow your heart and know what you do is correct and true. The third essence is to be made up with pure tincture base then add the brandy to this. Both essences have their own purposes as you know The Sandalphon essence as you called it is for nurturing and you may call this Sandalphon’s nurturing essence
The gum flowers essence is called Gateways to creation and know it brings forth the purity of the old into the heart of the new.
I, Sandalphon am indeed the guardian and protector of such an essence and energy frequency—and so as you mix these two essences together you create an essence called Life’s purpose — for it brings together the two strands of creation’s sharing – knowledge, understanding, love, an the open heart of Sandalphon’s joy to allow you to bridge all time and live in the purity of your very beginnings.
These are the purposes of the three essences. Allow this to unfold and now make the essences as your heart dictates for all is in abeyance with the timing too — the light and as the harmonic of earth is so open it needs to be added to the essence. As you make them now- you add this as the light that shines hold s this ancient frequency of awakening.”
The Mother essences were made up into the three as given. I did not empty the bowls until later when it felt right to add them back to the earth and I did not make up the stock and dosage bottles until a few days later either. As I made up the dosage bottle for Sandalphon’s nurturing, she asked me to take 13 drops there and then.
After I make up the essences, I always leave them out on my desk for awhile and allow them to communicate if there is a need and at time seven though the process of creation allows me to absorb the gift of their frequency, I will take the drops as well later if I feel their calling. For me that’s how it works.
Close my eyes to reach put for nay final message and am told the work is done. I give thanks and love.
Essence of light — a new one called to be made today — this is its beginning

24th march 2010 before writing the pitch ( see my blog) felt called to make an essence to help me with this process. It asks to act as a guardian for this sacred task of sharing the secrets of creation and unity with us as part of the essence making.
Ahh yes beloved what we create is to bring our light to earth in tangible form – allowing the song that we are emerge for others to feel, embrace—listen to – now make your essence
Essence of light
As I walked around gathering what wanted to go into the bowl I found only pink white and violet was calling me—many roses—one frilly petuna in purples, a pink and one white impatiens, one spent flower that was a seed pod—this was for letting go and harvesting what I know as I move into the new, yet the pod reminds me of what sleeps and what will return as well. All plants are smiling and calling to me.
The fragrances were stronger than usual and I found deep peace here as i walked. I was asked to just pick from my sacred place and retrace my steps there rather than walk around the full garden. Isis the goddess was with me powerfully, strongly – and together we blessed and thanked the garden for its offering.
I was asked to place the bowl on a table near the door of my study where I work – and so it is there now.
During the day as I worked out and practiced my pitch I was aware the essence wanted me there near her. She gave off a lot of fragrances and seemed so filled with love and light she took on her own personality of nurturing very early.
At no point did she want me to move her into the sun, and when the sun hit her again in the afternoon from the west, her vividness of colour and energy seemed deeper than before.
She was different, I was allowed to be near her and to also photograph her, which I have done many times as the light changed. Is it my imagination or were there more birds than ever around that area today or was it also because of my work ? I suspect so.
I have been asked to play Lazaris music—Lemurian music and so have left it on with my crystal fountain playing as well as the oil essence burner .
The message from the essence is one of softness and gentleness. She says that it is time for the sharp edges of humanity to be nullified and that her task now is to do that — to add that to my pitch for my book’s profile for the competition, but also to embrace the beauty of the new Autumn energies and solstice – all creating a clarity of energy and a calling like a clear song – ahh I heard that in Ursula’s essence and was reminded of it when I posted the Clarity and Golden light notes on my site yesterday!.
The essence speaks:
We teach you patience and peace beloved one—peace and the harmonic of living life in balance and harmony with all life now—it is the time for this to unfold—the time for peace to prevail in all lives. This be why we speak of nullifying the energies—to bring the needed calm to mans hearts where it is needed.
As this is said, I feel earth and that we are asked to celebrate each moment
– like one precious rain drop falling when the sun illuminates it—we see it’s absolute clarity—this I how we are to live and view life now. In this way we enable ourselves to live in the divine song that is awakening more fully. We cannot do this if we rush, fret and worry—
This is why the book I write The essence of Divinity is so important as it now imbues this energy of awakening for this beautiful understanding. Time is now—live in it now—in peace and joy.
Making essences enables us to be in this place of listening, feeling, being – it is vital for evolution and our hearts need to be part of
the new earth. What we choose now is an aspect of what we grow into – this is the time or cusp of decision—what do you decide now????
Ask yourself this question – what do you wish for, want – what do you want to be? What future do you want?
Ask yourselves these questions and watch them transform your path for now as the energies are so high, you can manifest more than ever what you seek.
We ask you to close your eyes and do this now—all of you not just our beloved Heather
I close my eyes and feel and ponder on such questions anf feel the energy of the essence with me—totally holding me with love—and with so much awareness—she is truly a gateway for all divinity to shine through as the eye of creation with me now—I feel it. I watch her—the light shines even more brightly as she seems to awake it is amazing to see such life in a bowl! I feel such a softness of joy as if I walk in the presence of divinity. I never get sick of these things—each essence I make fills me with awe and humility and joy – to be this presence of divine light song and such love—so much subliminal
learning here I feel now is the time to leave her to her own hatching – her own work —
she has asked me now not to go too near and to leave her. I will do so . In all this is I wonder at her name—it is not time yet for her to give me a name -it feels like a weaving of light as an interaction with all life – an awakening call – ok that feels like it – a message for us all, as she evolves and shifts her frequency new messages may be shared and new life will awaken in her.
This is enough for now- I give her rest and space with all my love—ALL MY LOVE AND GRATITUDE FOR THE GIFT OF HER PRESENCE.
Oh I smell violets—how interesting –out of season and I see white flowers everywhere like dotting a broad meadow– this is astral
reality I walk in now.

Next day 24th March
I woke during the night, and saw two ribbons of light streaming up from the essence and intertwining quietly—they seemed to reach up deep into the star kingdoms. I seemed to see these constellations move steadily as if they were very close and bright. One light stream was pink and the other a paler turquoise, but unusual as they were wider than the usual intertwining energies.
Later I saw 3 figures standing to the left of the bowl but in the formation of a triangle. They told me they were aspects of the light streams of consciousness and that they were not really human forms at all—it’s just the way they translated as I looked. They were the pulses bringing forth ripples of energy for this time on earth. The essence in her own way allows that energy-=- the triad to work feels likes a gateway for the energy to emerge and to leave. It is part of the creation aspect of life here on earth, where all sharing and knowledge is an interaction with all of creation, they said.
This morning – now 9.30, the essence bowl sits quietly. It is not time to make up yet. There is a great stillness there as if the essence is deep into work mode—hatching – yet I feel she is complete but is in the bowl for work to be done—so there will be shifts today, it feels. There was a vivid pink sun through autumn fog this AM casting a pink glow over everything including the essence. I ponder on how the colours of life also impact on the essences creation. The colours we choose for the essence via flowers, crystals and so on reflect light bodies, chakras, tonal colours, the rays and so on. As an essence is created, nothing is a coincidence.
10PM 24th March
Peace and silence. There is no movement except harmony. I found today that the three beings or pillars of light or pulses begun to move closer together. Tonight seems needed for silence separation, aloneness. It has a sense of patience and waiting – calm and joy as it embraces the night. Later—I am aware that the three pulses of light have formed a sort of triangle around the essence bowl with the apex united at the top. So the essence is now wrapped in light. Is it preventing the energy rising any more? Is it now needed for earth?
Yes I hear—yes. This essence now feeds earths formation (foundation) and interacts with life throughout your planet. Now it works with the Icelandic volcanic energy and calms into peace that which caused other devastations. (destructions).
To say the essence teaches patience is truth. Life is always in a hurry to interact on your planet—we need to bring calm in hearts and minds so we can also still the earth. Man and earth are one—as Mother Father God and all life is also one—but it is man’s mind and emotions that creates what earth also is.
Listen to the wind howl others collective pain, Look at natural disasters and consider the history of a place—and why it needs cleansing – your books speak of the memories of a place you call Atlantis. This was destroyed by mans greed and need for power. There have been other Atlantis’s on earth—use that story as a metaphor for human history and evolution and you will have a greater understanding of what it is we wish to calm.
This begins in the hearts of each human mind on earth—the collective calm created spills over to fill the akasha with joy – and peace and so earth stills with thee.
Leave us — the essence grows and serves earth, for you have here – also a healing for creations needs to serve earth at this time.
Sleep now—we will let you sleep as we continue the tasks needed for your beloved planet.

I have to make this text green, I wonder why.
It is the earths calling dear heart—it is us calling your name to remember what we are. Where have you been walking? Yes through the greenery of nature this afternoon—remember the green is a symbol of living on your planet, a symbol of nature at its finest, lush and offering its gifts of life to those who seek it.
Yes indeed. Today – the essence has been very alive, very observant yet wanting to be where it is as it is part of this green. After years of drought our lands here are green with grass even as early as autumn, it is an unusual season for us. But the essence of stillness and calm watches, waits and is so alive I could swear she was ready for a good chat. She tells me is also waiting for me to complete my pitch, to be fully happy with what I have done and to send it off—then she will allow me to make her up into mother, stock and dosage bottles, but it is not time, she tells me.
I have a sense that she is reaching out and touching life. It almost feels like tentacles of light reaching out from her self contained awareness that is life emerging. Having said that , she feels like an ancient soul and not new born at all. I have made other essences that have acted as gateways to allow the ancient to emerge when it is time. While I do not feel this here, I feel someone who is timeless that is the essence not a new hatchling emerging with the lyrical excitement and wisdom they bring.
On my walks since i made her, I keep finding white Cockatoo feathers. Today I picked one up and brought it back to place with the essence—I felt the Aboriginal Spirit who is the guardian of our lands – offered me this. His name is Jurrumjura but his other name is the White Cockatoo Man. if he gifts you something like this– it always feels like an enormous honour. Somehow this adds a male aspect and great grounded strength.
It is a humid and warm dusk—rain may fall tonight and the crickets make a lot of noise! Perhaps the essence also wants the balance of rain as well. She has asked me not to make her up yet, even though I feel its time, I will honour that for tonight and remember that she waits for me to complete my book pitch and perhaps its her reason here– as guidance and support as well. to be continued

Essence notes completed The name of the essence is Trust and Love
Ah I have to do this in pink – mauve today — the energies filter these colours for creation, I know.
I woke knowing it was time to make up the essence. I collected all the tools I needed – brandy, sterilized bottles, measures and labels and put them beside the bowl outside. I always tend to make the essences where they hatch, as it feels right, and the Mother and other beings of light gather calling me to them. As I gathered these, I was told very clearly that I had to first re record my pitch for the writer’s commotion on how to make essences first.
Again, the birds gathered and a loud cacophony of their voices rang out. I drew the essence bowl closer to me and felt a strong need to spiral its contents on my third eye, heart and solar plexus. I knew it was a gift of love to begin. As I recorded my pitch, I also felt a need to place my hand on the bowl as I worked. The presence of the essence, birds, earth it and the Goddess of love was strong and I felt nurtured by this love. For what ever reason I felt called to enter this competition — may not be to do with winning but rather another level of connection, and even at times, I have been asked to make essences for strange reasons and later, have been asked to return the essence to the earth and not to bottle it at all! It is true that every essence we make is also for earth needs or beyond, as we are aspects of the collective—we too add to this what ever we do. I felt all along that the essence needed to be made as the three pulses of energy with earth now may have needed some way of grounding their energies here, so as I felt, I allowed as in all essence making, we are asked to follow our hearts. In time we feel clearly and trust, we just know—and it’s enough. We do not always have to know why.
Yes this essence has come also for my work. I will call her a she rather than and it’-= as I have done above although I feel both male and female in her.
The essence now speaks
Listen well dear Heather it is now time to speak. Your ponderings are true and correct—you feel truth and as you trust you allow the unfolding needed for us to be able to touch the heart of earth through your work. This essence is called trust and love—it is an essence where we ask you to be open and seek – to allow and trust what is given. This you do. The writing you do for the competition is for the unfolding of this knowledge. Few understand the true pathway to an essences creation on earth and we wish that others learn this and follow, as it is a true pathway to reaching the place where fear can be replaced with love—where harmony can be found and so lived. This is so needed for Earthkind now—to allow them safe passage into the new unfolding earth. As it helps them choose love over fear, peace over trauma, acceptance instead judgment and pain.
Yes – there are other pathways, but this one is tangible and true, it is learnt and those who feel they cannot listen to Us, will learn through the action of making an essence or tincture that holds within it a world of light.
Essences are vehicles of condensed light that attach themselves to your light bodies and reach into the physical structure to heal it. This is their relevance, and for human kind who seek spiritual understanding, making something as tangible as an essence bridges earth and light as one body of influence. This triggers or enables understanding and acceptance that what is created is light bought to earth but in a tangible, touchable, tastable form, see? If you take an essence such as this with an open heart and in stillness, you will feel the energy emerging to be with you.
Some essences also work as earth healers without interaction with other life forms or act as gateways to allow other entities entry to earth when it is time. You have allowed entry to such energies and as you hold the frequency of pure love—it is only those who are also of higher light who can enter via your essences as they too hold this frequency.
Your path in following this essence, which was to also aid your entry to this writing competition, was to expand the nature of your trust and abilities as you work with us. There is now a higher frequency on earth, waiting for those who feel and seek—to embrace.
We ask others —do you wish to embrace this higher light? If so – you will be taken further. If you imbue this essence either astrally or by mouth, it will aid your pathway by helping you to trust love, to find calm within and to see truth on deeper levels as you allow this frequency of greater light to become One with you.
Do you wish this?
Those others who use this essence will find that their levels of trust in whatever field they work, will be expanded and it will aid a deeper connection to love and truth, so needed in this world you live in now—when so much is of deception. It is time this ceased, if man is to step into this new earth where all things are of love. The more of the collective that live this way, the more they will take the remaining population with them to this higher place of light.
This essence is a gateway to allow this. Heather has high levels of integrity — so needed for this sacred work to unfold.
We give you our love and blessings for now the task begins. We ask Heather to offer some of this essence to the earth in her sacred place where the gateway to Sandalphon* lies open – waiting. We ask her to offer more lately at the full moon. Now as the moon expands, it shall allow a higher passage of light to enter earth through Sandalphon’s blessed light.
We bless you with thanks for your sacred connection with us; we bless you for your trust and love in this work – and for following with innocence as we have guided you. This work is sacred and is true guidance offered to those who seek – all will find it and the earth will shift a little more into the light with your combined work.
My task is complete. I feel nothing but love and gratitude for this wonderful offering of light to earth.
I have bottled the essences now and they are sitting in the sun. I feel them. The Mother is still at work – and those who take the dosage will find these activate when used. That’s how this work when an essence is made it is a living thing. The Mother is a sort of guardian and over-soul for the others made from her—stock and dosage bottles. Even when made up, the essences can shift and change as they continue to grow and work if its needed.

If you got all the way to the end of my notes—you will see the process I follow for this. I intent to write notes on general notes on this as well—but to see the process as you read it this way – long and waffly as it may be — holds many teachings, especially from the essences’ communications she.

*Sandalphon is the feminine aspect of Archangel Metatron who is like the chief angel and the voice of God if you will. AS few back I was asked to open a gateway via an essence so that she had access to earth. Sanadalphon to me is the over soul of all the goddesses who are one energy of course, just different manifestations. By offering to her portal—I offer it to earth song which is where it also belongs.
I have chosen to post this here today as the opening of the September 11 museum made me feel a need to revisit these notes.
This essence followed a path of many mixed energies before its outcome and purpose. It was working with the fears that built up to create the attack on the Twin Towers and the healing outcome for that.
That Larimar was involved was interesting. My understanding is it was used in the Dolphin Healing Temple in ‘Atlantis’ and so it emerged as if the old was repeating but also being released via the destructions that terrible day.
When I make an essence, I write down a diary which includes my feeling and interactions with the unfolding frequencies of the essence, but also I receive messages from the energies creating the essence and these are added here as well as part of its creation.
The notes are long and at times may appear convoluted as I follow the pathway to the essence’s unfolding, yet they hold the frequencies as part of the process and I cannot abridge them..
Today I will place some essence in a bowl outside as part of my healing offerings to those who remember and suffer at this time.

Essence of larimar, essence of light, essence of earth healing, the three way essence – the journey and healing of the Twin towers destruction and the following outcome healing of the lost souls beginning 10th September 2001
Larimar essence made around 10.10am 10th September Australian time
So I was called again. For some days I felt the need to make another flower essence. The day of the full moon I was busy – and other days were wet or cloudy. I woke this day – half moon I think – feeling it was time. The early morning unfolded into sunny and moist from weekend rains and the earth was fragrant with new growth and life.
I put on some Chris James music – but it turned out to be toning – what was needed as I had seen myself toning this new flower essence.
After fetching my bowl of water I stood under the sunlight with it to gain balance and feel the energies.
How strange – this time I did not feel centered – I was aware of many flickering thoughts – this is not me – I center straight away.
I stood there and called in the light – and gradually, the toning took me – I felt the earths heartbeat as I opened my soul to her , my heart to all and my crown to Mother father God. Waves of light and peace took me – love and joy filled me and I was overflowing with creations song. The fragrances and sounds of the earth seemed deafening to me – more birds than usual –and all the time this sweet joy filling me, the light overflowing in me —-I thanked God and walked around the garden gathering flowers – but this time – it seemed that everything wanted to be a part of this – every flower, even leaves wanted to join in—I felt not the camellias though – I wonder why as the garden is filled with them in flower – but even summer flowers seemed to have come out for me —so I gathered them all – one by one, they filled the bowl – and I placed it on the table in its sacred place, over my Lemurian temple dagger for healing in my garden in the sun, outside my study window.
As I stood there waiting for instructions I was told to first of all, get the larimar stone and those sacred guardians with her.
As the larimar was being healed in the waters over the months, I had found an old piece of pottery I had made half buried in the garden and I had placed it near her – now I was asked to place it in the middle of the water in the bowl and to place the larimar, standing up like a beacon in it! So the larimar wanted to return to the waters – but to be above them – not in them as before. The flowers and leaves floated all around her, and her guardians lay around the bowl. It was spooky in a way and her standing there reminded me of how her obelisk was the last to sink in Atlantis.
I was then told to gather my other crystals that called — and as I walked around the house I gathered as was called. I placed them all around the bowl and it seemed that as the larimar stood tall in the center of the bowl, the flowers of the earth , the elemental energies via the crystals gave homage to her.
I stood silently – doing my own toning – the vibration of sound – and felt myself transform into other beings. I became Isis, with my arms raised – is that why I had to buy the gold Isis pendant that called me, I wondered?
I watched my arms take on priestess movements – as I call them – like a gentle dancing movement around her. The toning seemed to send ripples of light through us all – and in that space of no – time – the energies seemed to shift and move around me. Birds seemed to sing a symphony louder than I ever remember hearing — and I watched the energies of light – and something else – like clouds – expand and reach out.
It was done for now I felt. I felt humbled and awed. What was this I was doing and making? I thought it was my time for a new flower essence – but this? Well, I would wait and see. I stepped back out of the presences and humbly bowed as is the rite of the Goddess and left.
So this was to be larimar essence? All sparkled in the sun and dew and then I was asked to photograph her and to do so later again – and again – was I to capture the presences as I had done before?
I did as I was bid.
Later 2.15pm
The energies seem to continue to rise. I have left the toning CD on as I feel the music has a vibration similar to the temples of long ago and is needed to stir memory or such in the crystals there – especially Diadenon, the Atlantean master crystal and the larimar.
The energy makes me feel all over the place in myself — it feels like ripples of electricity reaching out and touching me. From where I sit, it looks like the obelisk of old – a tall spire standing, surrounded by other things and it gives me a strange feeling I cannot identify– dejavu perhaps? Precognition? A repeat of the old? I don’t know it’s strange and inexplicable .
I felt its unfolding energies were to create the same vibration as from the temples of Old — one of emotional healing, perhaps – but I think it is for all healing.
4.50PM
Long shadows, later afternoon sun, its cooling off now.
I have felt very tired and sort off not myself this afternoon – it hard to describe it – but like some form of emotion; unresolved deep feelings I cannot identify — I feel it’s the larimar. It seems to do this to me at times when it is working. Am I picking up on its energies or is it exacerbating my own? Everything I have done since making this essence today has been a battle.
A close friend phoned – her Indigo baby was screaming at some hidden nightmare. We are so linked I wondered about this. Was he also somehow linked to this stone’s creations today? I feel this is too over the top – but I have learnt that anything is possible with this energy now. It seems to seek and use the energies that it needs but with compassion and understanding. It does not take from those who cannot give. Were the little boy’s screams based on past life confrontation – I called the dark swirling energies I saw as thought forms is this what the little one tapped into, like some repeated or past life nightmare? Why on earth do I even think this about a baby crying? Yet something is making the hair rise on my arms and I cannot explain it. Can the larimar strengthen such memories? As it is a stone for healing – maybe it is to do with earth or emotional healing, then does it have the power to exacerbate emotions so that we may identify them and then clear them? Was this how the larimar worked back in Atlantis? This is a powerful experience and I have to wonder, if this is true, whether I have what it takes to see it through. I must have, I guess.
As I look at the flower essence creation, I am aware of the swirling energies within it now. It does not seem to need the crystals around it any more, but seems insular, in itself, inner creation of power unfolding.
Each crystal served different purposes of protecting, giving, adding – to the creation of the essence. That work seems now to be over and so soon, I will collect the crystals and leave the essence to continue with its unfolding.
I am even having trouble typing this – more typos than ever!!!!
If I go into the energies now – I hear the toning that has continued all day as a ripple of energy in a very still late afternoon. It is as if the sound magnifies the earth’s silence – like it is the silent voices manifested.
The flower essence seems to reach up and out as its internal energies shift and move in its creation. The lady stands with the energies – yet she looks pale and her eyes are closed., So she sleeps?
Message from the energies attached to the essence:
“Yes our beloved daughter –as ye see is a truth. Do trust more as ye see all truth .
The lady sleeps as she rebirths through this process of making. The larimar is making an essence,e yes – one that will heal, this be true — yet as this is created, so is the Lady Larimar herself strengthened in her own making. For still much is to be done to make her strong and whole once more.
As you saw yesterday, your time –it was time to move her from her current place and this awakening that ye create is a part of that re-emerging once more.
The layers of her self shall continue this way . you shall be called – you shall know as always – and follow the calling . Do not doubt your abilities in this. Trust this process and interaction between you – it is a true one.
It is now time to gather the crystals and return them to their places on your home. Our love and thanks are given to them for the work they have done for her this day. They have blessed her and added to the cumulative love that she needs to still fully embrace. When this unfolds in time – what ye experience shall be no more – for all that you have felt and said is truth. The little boy experienced her fears of the destructions – he is a child of our energies and is tied to you from past life love and experiences, not of this planet – that is true.
Your commitment to serve this unfolding was a choice and giving. Thus you wear upon your shoulders this energy – yet we know that it is done willingly for the sake of the All – the sake of the wholeness to unfold in many things.
The larimar is indeed tied strongly to the earth’s unfolding and growing patterns – thus all is on your shoulders in a sense at these times of growing.
The star gate opening is indeed another step towards the wholeness of this planet as all deceit is stripped away from many things and many people. Here we speak of individuals, collectives and the earth energies. There will be some physical interactions with this – as releases through climate and crustil workings and human activity – these release as the larimar grows and awakens another layer of the self – so does the earth.
Peace – allow the working here to be completed.
Remember, remember that each thing ye do is a microcosm of the macrocosm – that the earth is mirrored in other things as this piece of larimar you work to clear and return to its past glory. As it clears – so does Atlantis energies rise – as these rise – from the days of glory and the earth’s creatings – so does the earth see dear daughter – the master plan evolves and you be part of this
Peace – and allow the process to continue.”

I went to check on the essence and the place was all floodlit or so it seemed by etheric light – it seemed that a great light shone all around it from above.
It is not ready yet.
10.45pm
Bed time – the larimar essence seemed still, but I saw with it a dark shape like a sentinel – it scared me a little so I covered myself with light and sent it love for whatever it was for healing and release. It did not seem threatening though. As I turned to go to bed, I hear

Essence of the earth?
8.37 11th September
I woke feeling very drained and tired – a first for a long time. I seemed to dream too much – but I felt I was all to do with the larimar essence. I seemed to be questioning me too much , my life and I had no answers. Why would I bother doing that? Was this as before somehow attached to the larimar energies?
Message given:Beloved daughter be at peace – all that ye feel is a birthing with the larimar energies, yes for as she births, so do you . Whilst you question your life and what you want from it – she releases what no longer serves from her memories and allows the old to return into balance once more.
The essence is not an essence as such , rather a clearing environment for the larimar itself.
Be at peace and allow this to continue. More work today ,but you will feel less tired and uncomfortable as the day continues. Remember you have much support with you and you are safe and loved by the all. Peace be with ye, love be given to ye – know your life is in balance and order as ordained by Spirits teachings for your path – allow all experiences and know that ye are blessed in these.”
I will photograph the Larimar essence again.
It gave me a headache and made me feel sick being too close to it
12.15pm
Overcast but it does not matter now. I see Lady Larimar as standing there now awake, but lost sort of like a shade who suffers . I call in the other crystals and we send her love. I bend over and scoop up the earth energies and throw them at her – its seems to aid her to be clothed n the raiment’s of life.
I sense that connection again between Diadenon, the larimar and myself – I do not understand it.
The essence is not complete, I assume – but is it an essence? No, perhaps not – more like a garden for the larimar to rebirth in – like a creation of earth life for her at this time. Or is it related to earth now? Something is frightening me. Is the larimar re-enacting the past drama, the destruction of Atlantis? Is it a parallel in our now times? I feel a sort of fear and I cannot understand it.
Wait and see.
I see – more unfolding then –

As I reach out to her, I feel her faint smile as if she is waking from a painful sleep — – she is with me and I feel my heart open to her. Something in me feels joy – our combined joy, and I send love, and more love and more love. The energies now seem at peace somehow as if the work has been done.
The flowers with her have served their purpose and I feel their fatigue. My joy is bounteous for her. All feels right, all feels well. I feel at peace again. I am playing some Lazarus music – I wonder if that has anything to do with it though. No it just marries with the energies. Oh it was no coincidence that I put on that particular music as
Message: it brings in the songs of the spheres to herald new birthing – nearly done our daughter.
We love you – you have done well again as you have allowed the song of the larimar to sing true once more.

Nay it is not time yet beloved one. You will know – allow the moon to rise – the dark to wrap arms of softness around her – and then we shall see.

Message: “Oh beloved one it is I – AAmichael who holds you now – who understands your heart and your wish’s and needs – you desire to serve and give – your open and loving heart – it is I.
Know ye not my vibration by now? Ahh you say I am a collective and so many faces – this be true, yet in your inner silences – you know, you know this truth. Have I not walked with you through all time – as other faces -– but always the blue flame walks with thee. Hold this close to you and know its truth my beloved daughter of inner song and light –for ye walk with us. Each step ye take – is one with us – each breath ye breathe is our breath ——each thought is a refection of our thoughts. Your path is straight and true – your loves strong and pure. All love that ye give – is in our name – all that ye share is from us as it is from you . Know this and know too – that all the love you share is pure and needful – and is also a part of our song.
Feel this and know this. Rest at peace knowing that love holds you and as ye seek, ye find – as ye give is returned to you”

I have to question this – I caste my inner sight to the larimar and saw it with three circles of light – spheres, were they? Floating around it – their colours were very vivid and appeared yellow or golden in colour. I had a look but saw nothing . I think they were somehow astral orbs of some kind. As I was not expecting to see this I do not believe I made it up. Just having a look are they?
And as I looked the 3 orbs has united to form a heart shape.
Later i find out this was the exact time of the attack in the
My husband just called me inside to see something incredible on TV. He saw the USA attacked; the Twin Towers had been destroyed! I ponder on the Orion energies- the dark ones who also I felt destroyed Atlantis, and other places that were creating light and balance.
This place – this essence has created an outpost for healing here – the larimar is still sending this energy out – I feel it like a beacon, and everything seems to shine out, radiating out like rays of energy light.
I am beginning to understand the work I have been doing – surrendering to allow a process that has been painful and dark yet growing into light even so, like a rebirth or a creation of light – new born and to rise out and up from the larimar and the essence itself.
The energies created were to re-establish the pure Atlantean Priesthood energies and environs —the spire in the garden – flowers, in waters – the lakes and oceans – all purity returned for the re- awakening of these ancient energies.
The larimar is an Atlantean stone that came to me to be healed and re -woken. This stone was gifted to the Atlantean’s eons ago and had remained in Atlantis as a healing temple where all darkness or unbalance was absorbed and converted to light. I feel now—as I was asked to fully calibrate and waken the larimar once more, it was to help nullify the outcomes from this current destruction and perhaps to create hope and peace as the final outcome in time. Perhaps that war from the dark side is not over and while I had spent many months healing and cleansing the old destruction energies out of this stone—now all this preparation was in place to allow this energy to be used once more for healing through the stone but also through the created essence. Is that it? It feels so.
There are so many layers here I cannot even begin to write it all down now but I feel them.
The larimar essence does its healing
It transforms my energies into vehicles of healing as I send light and call in others to join me. I find myself calling in the old priestesses to join in the triad union of creating—we touched hands on the computer screen and we felt them – like superimposed on the other and we all heard the ancient song of healing love and sent it to those lost souls who had passed to be free – then sent to each other and then to out loved circle of light, then beyond to those others – the land earth , sought help on Orion for the good energies for healing the bad that infiltrate earth at this time.
El Moya one of my sweet teachers stand with me, my Angelic teacher/brother AAMichael is with me and others – all came to aid in this work.
Now it feels it is time to make up this essence that seems to be pure light.
Message: ”Yes beloved daughter – the Essence of LIGHT yes you will take this as its purity of intent within your light bodies shall make you stronger in purpose as ye serve with a pure heart – we add to this another dimension – one of deeper understanding of your role and place on this earth at this time.
Make the essence now as ordained and allow this to be. Make others for those who have aided this pathway now and add this to the earth, for they shall receive it this way.
As the essence evolved, its energies changed and as it became the essence of the earth – it healed the earth – now it shifts and works with its child who is union and one with it.
Peace and love my daughter”
So the essence of light was made -. 12 drops to be added to the stock bottles and dosage bottle, 12, the sacred number of all things. This, I found out later. And I ponder that the 13th is the essence itself operating in union with the 12. How often have we known this in other eras, Jesus and the 12 disciples, the 13th skull is the sum of the 12—and so it goes on.
I will use the remaining water as a ceremony of healing on the earth as is needed at this time.
So this process is now over, yet the work has barely begun as I saw the need for earth healing this week and after the times of the terrorism.
Again, the larimar had played a role in this, yet for the first time I believe she acutely participated in the current earth as she aided to holds the energies of love – to re-unite them and to make them whole once more.
Was this part of her need, then, to Aid in this work as it was part of the wholeness of her own remaking and re-rising the Atlantean energies of healing? I feel this deeply – her journey and my part in it.
Now I work with healing the earths energies by also releasing the lost souls who feed the ethers with fear and anger. As they are released, the healing of the earth continues.

Yes the answer is love.
I had been called to work with earth healing for a few days now without understanding what was going on. I have felt ill, and last night, I saw 3 lights around my altar where all have been focusing this energy. This morning early (In Australia) I saw the lights form to make a heart shape.
Does this mean that this event is to teach the earth a need for greater harmony, love and thus world peace? I hope so . But perhaps it also offers love to those who have died and for the rest of us who feel so deeply about the losses incurred and for the pain experienced by those who were led to commit such an act of terrorism.
I could not help feeling for all involved — perpetrators and those perpetrated against. I feel that the need to give love to The All is most important at this time — that love, as always is the strongest and most powerful healer and teacher.
In Australia, we have had live coverage all night from all TV stations in the states on our channels. There is no bias here, just the story as it is unfolding thus far.

It now is time to realise that you have the power to write your own histories and that all prophecies may be changed according to your own commitment to serve the light. As you reach more deeply into the fourth and fifth dimensions, you have a greater power to manifest what you see as needful for your society this day in your current present earth time.
Heed this — that as you have changed much already through your collective need to create love and peace on earth, that there need not be another war as some see this as outcome.
Understand this — that your current president is in fact a natural warrior and would like the glory of fighting and winning great battles, however, the collective of the world has the greater strength to nullify this action as indeed it was — an action — and to create peace once more.
We say this — rise up now and create the perfect balance as ye see needful at this time. Do not allow the dark hoards to once more return to your fold and create the imbalance as once experienced in Atlantis — the far lands.
As ye have seen — the collective song of earth love from so many hampered the great cataclysms and allowed many of the energies of old to re-emerge for earth future — one of balance. Do not allow this to shift or change and keep well — the song of love as already it creates the weaving patterns of peace and balance on your akasha.Listen well– and you too will hear its melodies.
Love, balance and peace is the key dear Brethren — follow this — and know that the world will unfold more strongly into peace through these actions.
Understand this dear Ones that as this writing occurs — all life now seeks balance and peace. That the great confusions established yesterday created many lost souls fighting after death. Their anger was to be used by the dark minions of Orion to further their powers by feeding off their angers. Knowing this — it is needful for all lost souls to be given love and sent to the light.
Our daughter Heather this day was called for this. her expereince was as an ocean of crying souls calling in outrage for what had unfolded. Many have been set free — but many more are to follow.
Thus children — set aside time each day to give love to those who remain and those who have departed. Create the great Tunnel of light and aid those who are lost on the ethers to pass to freedom , back into the light.

The energy is strong, focused, beautiful. I feel humbled and in so many ways I am reminded of how I trust the essences paths. Each time I follow my heart and all is how it is to be,. Even though at times I question what I do.
