One miracle brought forth through an essence. How the Cat people returned to earth

Sometimes essences I have made call to be brought forth in a more public way.

Tonight i felt called to add this essence to this site. This essence was a long and mystical journey and it was a time as now– when new energies wished to emerge on earth once more.

Perhaps this was one of the early ones, for as earth evolves now, the new essences we make are part of this unfolding. In a way I think of these times as quickening energies. Much to be done on the astral and also with in our hearts. What we are is what we bring forth to the collective. This essence came at a time when man needed a higher light to shine on earth brightly and this is what it brought. There is magic here so read and imbue what it gifts you . This essence is one to me where miracles walk with us, we just have to be aware of this.

There seem to be many mixed energies on earth now and some people feel a little uncomfortable with earths current evolution. I was asked to add this essence to bring forth its song to the hearts of those who read it. It has a great power and light and those who read this and absorb its vibration will be touched by its frequencies.

Interestingly as I started to transfer it across, I got a surprise when i saw the dates– August. three years ago. The triad of three– and similar time lines– can’t help pondering on its synchronicity!

Essence of sacred Light and wisdom part 1

“The essence you have created is magical indeed. It is a true gateway
and will allow those who take it or use it to be in the space of sacred
wisdom. Call this essence Essence of sacred light and wisdom- Lemuria returns.

The essence was needed to hold the required frequencies to allow the
building of the patterns of creation to come to earth in this way – and
so it is”

This the story of the essence and how it was created.

8.40 AM Tuesday 21st August 2007

Introduction

I woke today and felt it was time to make an essence. This time I felt
it was directly related to me. Lately, I had felt great changes in me
and felt a new unfolding. Part of me felt that had shut down a lot of my prescience—and I seemed more ‘blind’ to many things, like my crystals for example, which I had felt a great need to cleanse and re- arrange.

At these times, I know it’s simply a preparation for new unfoldings
within me or earth, and we shut down at times to assimilate what we are as we prepare for the new. It can be like dying, but being reborn in the same body. A shedding of the old and embracing the new. It is also like re entering the womb or cocoon. At times like this I wait for I have found surrendering allows it to unfold in divine time.

It certainly felt timely to make an essence, yet I wondered if it was
related to what had happened to me the day before. Let me explain:

Preparation- a walk, a deity and a lemurian Gateway
I had gone for a walk on the hills on our farm, and had a need to
photograph a Lemurian gateway or portal which is found on a rocky hill there. The hill always appears to float to me, as if it does not belong to the land here. And when I walk on it, I sense and feel the past; temple structures and people seem to loom behind trees and on rock welcoming me, for it feels like I am walking home. There are paths I follow which I cannot see when I am not walking on the hill, and I walk these with joy and an inner sense of having walked them many times before.

Rocky hill

This is a place where there are other portals, and for me they take me
back to Lemuria and my family there. I enter them and it feels like I
rush down a tunnel of light at great speed to be there as I will myself
home to Lemuria. One day what seemed like a minute turned out to be two hours as a friend waited for me while I traveled there. Where did the time go to that day? This certainly is a mysterious place and many strange things have happened there over the years.

The portal I felt a need to photograph has a great deity at its
entrance. In fact I think it’s a natural formation, although it is a
huge body shape with a round boulder on top, and beside it is a natural rock basin that fills with water. Beneath that at the base of the hill is a perfect ancient circle carved in the granite rock face. No one knows how it got there.

The entrance to the Lemurian healing temples lies behind the deity and leads to the temples of Lemuria and I have always known that within the hill where the temple is—many secrets had been buried. I remember going with some people there years ago and feeling the opening—which felt amazingly hot on that icy winters day—and we watched as the man who climbed to this place of opening divided into 2 people as If he had stepped back into his old time while living in this now. At that time, in vision, I looked within the cave and saw what we left stored there when we left Lemuria eons ago. For me this place has always been mysterious yet it has always called me and other sacred things of the past have focused their energies there as well, like the 13th crystal skull I was asked to claim there last year.

Yesterday – Gurumjurra and a chant of opening

Yesterday, as I walked the hill with my camera, I felt the calling of
the entrance, and the deity stood tall there in the distance watching
me. All was still. From deep within, I said some sort of chant. Where
did that come from? It felt like an unbinding rhyme and something else— -what, I wondered as I felt energies stir all around me. Had I somehow opened the temple entrance to this time at last?

As I took the photos, I felt a need to ask permission of the guardian of
the land there, Gurumjurra — the Cockatoo man, if it was ok to take
them. Experience had taught me that he will put up resistance unless we are allowed there.

As I asked, a great cry went out from the hill, the sound of one
Cockatoo—was it imagination or was Gurumjurra responding to my request?

It felt like the latter and so I felt content with this. Then I spoke
the strange rhyme, and as I chanted it, I felt a shift of energies
somewhere and all of a sudden, a great cry went out and many cockatoos flew into the air from that place—and flew high in the sky. One flew directly overhead above me, alone, calling, calling — somehow it felt like synchronicity to me, it did not feel like a coincidence, I had not seen the cockatoos there, although there are many around. This picture is that cockatoo since i had my camera I could photograph him. They do gather on that hill and many seem to go to die in one of the lemurian portals. Another strange thing happened—in a tree near me appeared a black cockatoo—so rare here, yet it too flew into the sky.

I pondered on this—Gurumjurra the ancient Aboriginal spirit who guards the land—I thought was separate to my Lemurian journeys there – perhaps not—perhaps there was more of a link than I had understood.

All became still once more—I seemed to forget the experience and walked back home, the memory gone.

Yet later, part of the memory returned to me, the rhyme came later as I drifted off to sleep, not the words, just it’s weaving — and I slept
like death waking to a golden day.

Making the essence

And so– I woke knowing I had to make the essence.

Gathering the flowers and crystals

It seemed I was to gather some of the lemurian seed crystals. One in
particular yet I could not find it—how strange – where is it? Maybe it
has lost is pink tone and has become clear? But I added two that
called—large beautiful ones with gateways on them and unusual markings, and one large amethyst cluster that also called. I am to also add some of the Tibetan crystals that Archangel Metatron blessed—this will be added after I write this –

Interestingly while the essence was unfolding, my dear friend Freda sent me some Sandalphon crystals. Sandalphon is the feminine balance of Metatron and somehow I felt it added balance.

As I walked around the garden I felt called to add a variety of
flowers—unusual ones not used before. White and pink and purple—violets, may, the larger exotic primula, the first wattle flowers which I had to climb up to get. Daphne, the gum nuts off a flowering gum—for
Gurumjurra and the Australian land, and some Australian natives, purple in colour as well as some rosemary flowers off an ancient old rosemary shrub so badly pruned after droughts it looks like a sort of bonsai plant. Its bent skeletal structure also seemed part of the essence.

I was called to place the bowl holding the beginning of this essence
over the portal in the garden where an etheric sacred Lemurian knife is buried. It now sits in the bright sun, amongst the long dewy grass. All sparkling together and the colours look vibrant. The knife was given to me in vision by my Lemurian father, White Eagle some years back. It is very beautiful with a handle crafted to look like earth things, and it came from the healing temple which is behind the deity.

The essence hatches into creation- my diary

I feel stillness and a purpose, quiet preparation for what is to unfold.
I feel yesterday’s connection with the temple openings was no
coincidence, something is to unfold this day.

3.20PM Tuesday 21st August
It has been quiet there and so I have left it for it’s unfolding. It is
in the same place seeming serene over the portal of Lemurian energies.

I hear a song of unfolding, a feminine energy sings this—I see her with
her eyes closed, yet she is waking, I feel. Is she Ileana – my Lemurian
self? I am not sure yet.

Goddess energies of life and earth of creation awake for in this essence lies gateways to the new beginnings I am and earth is to be—it is all part of the song of creation unfolding, In a vision I see myself walk down a pathway – like an earth track –it meanders beside a hill and seems to quietly snarl off into the distance. There is so much calm
here, so much peace it is very beautiful—and what I feel I see is the
essence itself, its pathway to its completion, or what it is to offer.

Yet this place reminds me of the stillness and beauty I remember in
Lemuria and perhaps I return there for a moment.

I will close down my sight now and let it unfold. As I do – I see new
growth like spring leaves, fresh and green filling my inner vision. Calm
and peace invade every aspect of my being, how beautiful and that in
itself is a great gift of its sharing. I feel such love with it, like love so grand it is part of the stillness it gives me. I see the flowers as new—all velvety, like a deep purple pansy and the others—so rich and perfect! It’s as if I see them as they can be in their absolute perfection as they bridge heaven –the song weaves its patterns of making – creation—and I allow it—and open to it yet also leave it to unfold alone for this be its journey, not mine—the links are formed—but not on a conscious level.

Part 2
9.34PM 21st August

The essence had asked to be placed on a fence post to get the remaining sun and to be under the stars this night. I feel in the essence a sense of stillness, calm, silence, it is still there. It
seems to embrace the cold night air and stands tall and strong. Somehow it reminds me of a pillar of energy with its appearing indomitable strength. I seem to see the same path being
followed by a female—she seems to be nearing her destination, and as I look, I see a crystalline city or temples in the distance. This seems to trigger the memories of where Divinity the master crystal used to be in ancient times – Babylon then, I think— but this is a city of crystal, not stone. As I type I see an explosion of light reaching up from the essence bowl and to the stars.

Again and again I see this like smoke signals – but this is light

Spirit speaks – The Cat People energy of long ago

“Yes beloved daughter the work has truly begun. For what you begun yesterday on the hill now shall follow the pattern of creation that has been unleashed. For it is time, yes for these energies to now come forth to earth and beyond. What you see was an entrapment of energies of long ago. Man was not ready for the song of creation we shall bring, but now this is the time of the unfolding of another level of creation.”

“White eagle used to talk like that – re another level of creation.” I say

“Yes this is the way we express change and healing on the deepest levels of life energies offered to earth. He spoke of the times you changed and so now you do it once more. Not in a personal sense but in a way that will bring us closer to earth.”

“Who are you?” I ask

“We are the bringers of light to earth. What you saw as entrapment in the hill is not as it seems although we have spoken of this—through your understanding. No it was the release of the energies of ancient times, ready to be released for the light of earth is now to take on a steady momentum of itself into the new dawn of man.

Earth has not been destroyed as was written – rather we give man a new opportunity to expand and grow into the realms of light. As light is given in more bounty to earth by man, so we are able to come and bring forth that which has been hidden for many eons of time. So it shall be.

You ask if we are lemurian. Nay, we are not yet our race was part of that time for we were those who brought the ways of the heart to earth for earth to evolve into the God- ness of creation. Later this was destroyed, yes, but now it is being returned.

Your essence is as a beacon of light welcoming us to your time once more.

As you watch the light rise up like an explosion of energy, we welcome those who are of us to return to this place and to bring forth what now is asked to be seeded here once more. This is of light, dear child of your times, the light of creation.

We are a species unknown to you, yet of the times you were once born into”.( Lemuria)

As these words are given to me, I see they can only be described as the Cat people—I remember of long ago.

“Are you The Cat People, It seems to me that this is what I am seeing now” I ask

“Yes you see correctly. But see this wisdom as a type of energy rather than a manifested species or being on earth now. Can you imagine what your human kind would think if we exposed our true vitality (appearance) to man now? It is our love and wisdom we will seed not our form as you remember it.

You ask what to do with the essence. It is unfinished and so allow its vitality to continue where it is. The work of union is unfinished as yet and it will take on another pathway for its completion

This is all this night dear One—allow us to bless you and to open our hearts as a sharing with love – “

I leave the essence for the night, yet as I write this communication it amazes me and is much unexpected. Just then, Vicki comes online to MSN and I tell her about this and she goes into instant channeling for me regarding it. Beloved Thoth comes and speaks. He and I go back to the dawn of time and I love him. I could feel his energies deeply and our shared love and knew his presence so well. Thoth took me and married me in Egypt after we left Atlantis, but we have shared many lives and he has other faces.

: Thoth is stepping forward.
Heather says: Yes he would bless him — welcome my beloved One who I have always loved.
It is his land you see, his territory; it seems as the Cat People were also partly attached to ancient Egypt– oh I did not know that
Vicki says: Thoth says: Great timeless mysteries
: Portals through the ages, across dimensions, space and time.
The energies have been dormant, slumbering through the ages.
As the Earth renews, ascends in energies, the great giants awaken to heed the energy’s calling.
Assisting in planetary awareness and ascension with wisdom, and knowledge.
Gently integrated with the emerging energies, sewn together with fine, delicate threads in a perfect balance and harmony so as not to tear the fabric of time and space.
Gently adding, recalibrating and fine tuning as the awareness grows finer.
: Ageless to be told and shared, whispered through the ethers. It is there for the hearing.
Some will heed the whisperings, others will be oblivious. There is indeed a great alchemy afoot,
Times of wonder, learning and joy
Those working with the crystalline energies will be taught new ways of working, communicating and being with the crystals.
Further unlocking the s (?) (synergy?) contained within them.
When energies are compatible, the crystal and human energies are able to fuse and merge, bringing the crystal properties into the human templates.
Water plays a key part in these fusions
The water in the body holds the vibrations and facilitates the flow of knowledge and energy.
This may then be transferred through the human vessel into the Earth’s water systems.
To be infused into the animal, plant and mineral kingdoms
Will you answer the cockatoo’s calls?
Will you step forward and accept their gifts, their invitations
To share with the “Women of the earth” those that are grounded and carry the:
(Here I see women with full, voluptuous bodies, earthed, grounded and having birthed children into this world.)

It is a time of returning to the earth’s knowledge, to unearth her she ald (lived, existed?) for so long under the lock and key of fear.
The return of the feminine to restore balance and harmony.
The earth mother arises and infuses her energies through the crystals in a circle of energy.
Thoth is placing woven circlets of vines, flowers atop our head as we stand before him barefoot upon the earth in long, flowing robes.
“I accept” and bow before him to rise and feel the wonderful, deep, fulfilling connection with the full earth mother energies.
Under the protection of the branches of the great tree which graces your property.
At the end I wasn’t sure if it was me or you but it appears that we are both involved in some manner.
We held hands, embraced and then a great column of light arose between us while we still joined hands.
Amazing.
Heather: you are right Thoth was here and I know his energies my heart knows him and we share much love.
I also know that Thoth is somehow connected to this essence too
In some way they are one energy as they are also one with my Lemurian father, White Eagle.
Vicki says: No, I did not know that. I called Metatron and Thoth answered.
Heather says: Because he is the one attached to the earth magic I think

ESSENCE OF SACRED LIGHT AND WISDOM- LEMURIA RETURNS part 4

10. 17AM Wednesday 22nd August

I woke feeling amazing to day; the light of early morning was beautiful. The essence did not come to me though and I left it in its own space and it is only now I have ventured to connect with it.

It is still and silent yet inside its frequencies, I feel an enormous amount of movement. It might seem strange but the little bowl seems to be filled with Cat People!! All one on top of the other!! This is all I get this AM and so I will leave it for now and return later.

I feel Thoth with me though, like a guardian watching over me, so much love, it opens my heart fully as a uniting of our energies.

Thoth Speaks
“Leave the essence little one for the work has not yet fully unfolded and more is to follow the path of its creation. It is well to put aside your connections for now, for in its internal structure of light, it will re calibrate much that is of earth song into wholeness. It is hard for many to understand that a simple bowl can hold such energy, yet it is simply as a gateway to other places of light, where all energies made one can enfold themselves into a micro space in a micro second., Your human races understanding of life and space do not consider the concept of no space and no time—no space means that all things may fit into the smallest vessel where light is—for this is your essence, divine one—and here the work of this universal life is created.”

Thursday 23rd August 11.AM

The essence is gently still working like a rhythm and heart beat of life. It feels like love unfolding yet the love is there – perhaps I mean the love is unfolding more fully for earth. It all seems very quiet out there, but it lets me walk up to it– the internalized energies I think are there and now it feels like the essence is a gateway which is yet to be fully opened for earth.

Someone sent me some information about the stones of the Ica museum in Peru being destroyed after the earth quakes there. ( see article below) An image on one of the stones is of the cat people – I know it and feel it—and I have to ask if this energy we create here at this time is directly related to the Peru destructions and if so why and how.

Cat People energy speaks about sacred pathways and we discuss being an open gateway

”Ahh our beloved one you understand so much in your ‘blindness’ of creation for to us you see and feel truth in ways which intellect cannot express. In this way you work outside human form and thought. This is needed for your sacred work – oh yes it is indeed needed! Beloved one what you feel is truth, yes for we emerge now more fully for earth. The earth movements were to awaken us more fully—and this it has done. Yet also within the earth are gateways and lines of passage (sacred pathways) which enable us to go where we are needed and so in this way we travel down them to emerge via other gateways available us which match the energies we are.

Thus in our sleeping state—we awake and come to life in ways not understood by mans knowing of what life is. Yet there are many ways to live and be part of creations unfolding. Earth is but one of these and so we are here to continue our work.

Ahh yes you remember us, You remember in vision, floating down a river until you come to a high mountain, green and lush and you walk the path to take you to a small abode in the folds of a hill. Here you entered the home of one of us, and here you were anointed with the sacred elixir of life for we hold the keys to eternity. Here you understood us and knew our hearts as pure and gracious and you touched the eternal wisdom we are. This you have done. And your heart remembers us and knows us and so we are able to come to you this way. It is your energies that allow us freedom to explore and be part of earth.

Beloved sister — earth stirs and much of the sacred of old now awakens to be part of this new dawn of life here. Earth is awakening beloved one and it will unfold back into the realms of the sacred purity that life used to be and will be again. As many of you have strived to gain perfection and bring it to the fore—you open to love as a way of being – so you open gateways within yourself which link to our places of existence and so through you we are able to enter earth once more.”

“I cry beloved one” I said.

“I have always been told I am a gateway and to not look beyond myself but within for these—the trees once told me that. I had gone to the ancient forests in Tasmania and looked for a portal I knew existed and the trees told me I was the gateway—that I found a part of myself. They explained that the ancient ones as them use people like me to touch earth and to enter this space we call life. Oh! I understand so much more now! The tears roll down my cheeks. What can I say to you now? I am overwhelmed and so humbled— at times I feel I do not do enough, do not touch the song of creation enough—but even so — I wait and accept and surrender and add love where I can – but you remind me that I need to remember that the key lies within— that we are the key to unlock these places so needed for now—so needed for us. I know this—yet in many ways—living within it helps me hold it more fully—with greater love and a greater need to give. Understand beloved ones?

The time in vision, when I met one of you in the little house or cave, I knew you like a father you may have been. I loved you and I was so honored to have been in your great Great and loving presence. It was a vision, but it was real, I know I was truly with you. I have never forgotten you or the great love you gave me. It felt like a most sacred gift to be there.

The music of Lemuria plays, one a friend just gave me. It is Lazaris music which I love and I have been playing it over a few days now. As I have played it, it reached inside me and the love it triggered within, was your love—I know this now—all this was a preparation for your returning”

“Yes beloved daughter—indeed. You are always amazed when these unfoldings take you – yet this wonder and joy you feel is the very reason we use you as an instrument for this work—for it is what keeps the connection so alive. Yes we are part of Lemuria, yes indeed and one more piece of your family simply returns to you – and to Earthsong. You ARE the guardian of the gateway to Lemuria in more ways than you have ever understood and as you do this work with us- for us, you are one with us—one of the true Lemurian family that walks earth in this time. There will be other unfoldings and these will come unexpectedly, as they always have.”

( This added later: A few days later, I was reminded of a key seeded within my right ovary, one I planted there in the future to be opened by me then. I feel very deeply it is part of this earth awakening energy and is part of Sandalphon’s earth connection which is to be grounded here)

Cat People continue:
“Know you are so loved by us; know your family is ever with you. Know the work you do is sacred and blessed. Know that you grow and unfold and yet do not always see this. Keep the love and trust alive—for it serves you well—knows in all your surrendering, you open yourself more fully for each sacred task that is asked of you, and so it shall continue.

Earth unfolds and grows more and more into the light and so we are more able to enter earth more and more.”

The Cat People energy explains the mission followed by some of the Lemurian races on earth now:

“You will not come as physical form then, I assume?” I asked

“No—you know this of course for few who are Lemurian are truly human. Only those who chose to be human as you are the true emissaries to allow us access. This as you know is one of your tasks. To achieve this is a long road; it is the commitment and surrender to this since the time of Lemuria. Yes, you are correct– this be 2 million years ago. As you know Lemuria was not fully attached to earth and so your physical eyes see it more ‘floating’ beyond earth.

Earth, in its physicality, brought those who chose to continue life on earth more into a physical presence. Your task was chosen with deep commitment. You chose to become of earth- physical, human – and learn about the human ways of survival, fear, love. In the right time– when it was sacred time—you would evolve through this human travesty then, transcend it, and be in the place to allow the light we are to emerge once more. This is what you have done.

Yes others have followed this path too– it was a long road to leave our eternal world, which is still alive—and to become ‘human’ to enable yourself to be a bridge between both worlds, but this you have done.

This is why you have been told many times that you are the gateway to Lemuria—one who can walk in both worlds and allow yourself to be open to allow such as us to touch earth once more for we can only do this through you.”

They speak now of the essence

“The essence you have created is magical indeed. It is a true gateway and will allow those who take it or use it to be in the space of sacred wisdom. Call this essence if you will ESSENCE OF SACRED LIGHT AND WISDOM- LEMURIA RETURNS.

The essence was needed to hold the required frequencies to allow the building of the patterns of creation to come to earth in this way – and so it is.

Allow the essence longer time where it is—it is now strong enough to touch the frequencies it needs and no longer needs to be directly placed upon the earth.

Understand the sacred task you do is most important as a task for earths healing and evolution. Be at peace and know you are most loved by us.”

ESSENCE OF SACRED LIGHT AND WISDOM- LEMURIA RETURNS part 5

The Essence unfolds:
7.25 PM Thursday 23rd August

It is quiet tonight and I have the sense to leave it– yet I feel its expansion too– like its now more open and I can feel the cat people reaching out more– like they are falling out of the bowl!! The light energy around it has also shifted and now seems a steady stream moving in a flat panel; of light too and fro like smoke from a chimney –

I feel a movement of energy there but the main thing I feel is amazing joy – ecstasy really – and there is a tone attached to the essence that reminds me of a beautiful song—no words—just a melody that weaves a pattern of making – its like that – the melody reminds me of a prayer of thanks and love and joy to Mother Father God—yet I feel it’s a song of waking. How beautiful! Attached to this I see sort of what looks like ancient times—temples and ceremonies. They wake—what is waking?

The divine song of creation weaves a pattern of existence

“A song woven of creations love for itself dear one—love for life and the offering to be made. Be joyous and know love is here and walks with you – all is well—we are the Divine song of creation—all you have felt and seen during this process is how it has been. The elements of life as you do not understand it—waken and unite with your heart and love for life—YOU create the pattern of their weaving as you are the portal to allow the opening and while the essence holds the gateway, you create it by your essence, for you are the essence in many ways.

Be, just Be and allow-=- and all comes together. This essence is like many threads of light coming together, strand by stand, connecting and creating new life as it allows the old to unite with this NOW time—the new is created and you be in the heart of this.”

The essence described and how it will work

“Allow us the night and the day – for we will then be ready to embrace what is to be shared via the essence and then the work will continue even so – for the Mother will hold the threshold of her existence within – a universe of understanding and sharing — an opening of the inner soul to the self—to remember and be what your true essence is, is the nature of what is offered here – for you will unite with us and so become One song of Light with creation—we are the faces of this as you be—One Light One song of Be-ing unfolding – you will see.”

10.25 AM Saturday 25th August

Last night I woke and tuned into the essence. The bowl had gone and in its place was a golden cup. The light within moved and was alive and I heard words that are now gone.

Divinity the master crystal speaks about the Cat People

As I woke this morning I was aware of beloved Divinity, my master crystal facing the essence. Later I checked and realised it was in direct line and that a communication had formed between them. Divinity was not guardian, rather adding her love, as the essence stood in its own power of Be-ing.

Later Divinity explained to me that I had brought forth and aspect of creation. She explained that

“The energies of those you have brought forth is a part of the ancient Ones—Lemurian– as you call it—and you remember the great love you had for these magnificent beings who brought their love, strength and wisdom to earth in its early birth times. They have left, but the essence holds their imprint. Those who remained on earth who transitioned or were trapped here kept the seeds of their consciousness alive and it is through you they allowed a returning to sentience through the essence. They bring a great gift of life and for you – they will add great strength and focused light to your self and path.

Those who have the essence will also be touched by this in ways according to their needs and focused abilities for their path—according to their place and purpose of now.

Yes. You may lean into these wondrous beings of light for they are truly the great guardians of wisdom and love—and as you bring them forth, you bring forth the Great Ones of old—those who brought so much wisdom, love and light to earth for they added to the wholeness and strength of the early people. The developing of shades (shadows – negativity?) here through other forces made it impossible for them to remain and so they left earth long ago. Part of you grieves for their loss for you loved them then and knew their gifts. Your vision of return to the energy was out of time and you met one who was in your heart long ago—a memory retold, and one you have not forgotten, this is how it was accessed so simply through your meditation. Now you are re- united this way – and as you were open love with them long ago—so it is retuned to you, as it will to others who were open to them long ago or who are open to their great light at this time of their evolution.

Yes much has been shared about them through the essence, yet it is this sharing that opens the gateways to them even more.”

Releasing fear

“You have picked up on the fear others had for them. Something that is unfamiliar as it is not of this world and this fear of the unknown lies in the hearts of many even today. I say simply this—open your heart and feel truth and know then what lies within your heart is truth. It is seen through love where fear ceases to take hold and so – truth is all that remains. This is said for those who seek truth and the understanding of the energies created here in the essence.”

The essence as the holy cup- an analogy for purity
“Last night beloved daughter you also saw the holy cup superimposed over the essence. Yes, this is what you saw—a true analogy for purity—the grand offering of life in another form for those who wish to accept it. Do you accept it? Yes, you do – with an open heart, and one who seeks to learn and offer more to humanity. These questions are posed for others who read these notes—and who seek truth and understanding, as triggers, they unfold understanding for those who seek.”

As I approached the essence I felt and saw one of the cat People stand beside it. Part of me asked whether it was right I had allowed this energy re-entry to earth. My heart reaches out and I felt no resistance and felt the calm, smooth acceptance of what was and it was ok. I felt into the essence and felt such stillness, a completion really. Was it time to make it up? It felt not, not yet.

“ The essence as such is completed yet it is not time to for this to be made up, we do not wish to be separated from the crystals and flowers yet, we need to rest here this day – “

It did feel as if they wished to remain longer in the container they were in as if it held a mini universe of unfolding and now—they wanted to rest and assimilate these new energies created. Somehow the bowl now felt like a womb – the new form was ready to be born, but for now it needed to rest and be – no movement for another day – and so I leave it for now- I will see if I get called later.

3.17Pm just peace and great love felt—I leave it with love—

4.15PM
On my way back from a walk—I felt it as I walked bye. I stopped and opened to it—sending love and felt light was given to me which was like like rivers of light like the fine fibres of tree roots reach out to Me. Yet it felt they reached out everywhere perhaps. I felt a need to open my palms, face up—and felt symbols there and on my ajna. They seemed 3D like almost spheres with things coming out of them. Once more I felt unsure—the energy was beautiful but it was quite foreign to me. I called forth Thoth, Metatron, White Eagle, and felt a need to also call forth Hermes—to stand around me, which they did. (For me, they are one energy, although I have never called Hermes to me before.)
Then I faced Divinity who I saw through the window-=- facing us and I called him (more male this time I felt) forth to me as well. All were there and I offered my light to the All, and embraced the essence.

I have wondered why I felt some unsureness this time. I always open so fully to my essences and so I wonder why. Is it that the energies are so different?

My unease with the essence explained

“Beloved one, the essence is whole and perfect as it is. Your unease—nay – fear comes from early memories of what you did not understand at that time. All things Lemurian are in your heart as part of the true self, which they are for you ARE Lemurian. The energy you feel has grown, and whilst it remains of pure light it is higher and finer than any energy you have worked with through your essences. The unfamiliarity of this creates reserve as you do not fully understand what it is you have created—even so -all is well—the song of this light creation is as harmonious and wondrous as can be created. Be at peace knowing all the work is in harmony with the divine plan of light.
Your unease will be dispelled soon—peace beloved, peace”.

My inner reflections about the essence

The essence is quiet and I think completed. Earlier it told me that even if I made it too early, the energy would still continue to birth wherever it was. This has been told to me before—that the Mother Essence has a life of her own and is a living entity. That she too will grow and take on the new form of herself as is needed. Perhaps it also means she will grow eternally as she now has a soul of her own. This I wonder about as I know the life of an essence is profound in its own perfection.

There is so much to say here and it is late and I am tired, but I may forget it and it needs recording.

I have pondered– did the Peruvian earth quake set free the spirits of the Cat People—if so – were they to return home to their own place—off earth and needed a place to go while this was made possible? Was their essence able to seed itself in my essence which I felt so urgently called to make?

They are the ancients and here on our farm gateways to the ancient places exist which are also part of to me. Did this mean they were freely able to link here as this is a place of the Ancients, and I am also one of their faces manifest now? The information I have received from them over the years always seems to re-affirm this.

While the essence felt so full of those energies, now it seems quiet and at peace. If what I feel is possible, then perhaps they have seeded their wisdom and light within the essence, and so in this way it is a holy grail of giving.

After all, we are all ONE and all energies as well, unite into union too.

I thought about my deep grieving when the Cat People left earth long ago. I have felt it was when the Annanuki came and that the Cat People would not fight adversity such as theirs and so no place remained for them here any more. Those who remained were trapped in Peru, perhaps—maybe there are other places, and when the earth quake destroyed the land recently, it released their essence or them in some way.

Yet this grief I have deep within me for them was also present when I thought of the elves leaving earth and the entrapment of some of the Dragons. The grief is the same, so deep it is hard to express. It made me ponder on the relationship of these amazing beings and why they left earth, was it at the same time? Could they not confront the Annunaki, or chose not to as man learnt about fear at the time of the Fall ( Eden) Did it mean the energy this fear created, lowered the earth frequencies in a way which meant they could not sustain their energies to be here any more?

Or did the Annanuki trap some of the Cat People and this is what has now been freed.

The essence reminded me of Lemuria in that its energies seemed to sort of float as a separate entity to the bowl as well– so many similarities it was hard to separate them.

I spoke to Ursula tonight—my dear friend and essence maker from Ireland. We discussed these things together and it helped me to clarify my own thoughts, so I was very grateful. The miracle was this—that Ursula had felt called to make an Oak essence and felt strongly it was associated with this essence of mine. It seemed to act as a grounding and whole-ing, balance and I felt it united the etheric song of mine with the need for this grounding and harmony.

Saturday 25th August
The essence continued:

Today I went to check the essence and while it let me photograph it, it would not let me touch it. I feel it is complete but I feel strongly to keep away. Last night it looked like pure love—it seemed to reach for the stars and I felt such a strong love for it and from it—like it was celebrating itself in the night. My heart opened so wide and all of me rejoiced with it. The moon is nearly full—and I felt it embraced that celebration of life too. In all—it was celebrating existence. I was in awe in a way, and I felt such a wonder for it and its life’s path now and I left it with love and blessings in its celebration for life.

Sunday 26th August

Very early – thoughts feelings and communing with the essence
Written 7.15 AM

The essence might be ready today– I got up to ask it– so will see.

Ahh something I missed in the notes was related to my crystal skull. I had to take her out the Divinity circle and place her beside a huge crystal bowl I have of just clear pieces. It has huge energy I must say, and I only did this recently when asked to– all the crystals went outside for a few days and came back and put into different places. I actually felt a need to sort them into chakra types and then they became still. I felt they were establishing a new light grid. During the process, I could not really feel anything and missed my old arrangements of the crystals– but it feels right. I put the skull back with Divinity and immediately felt it was wrong. Divinity built up her own pattern of light and each Lemurian seed crystal formed shafts of fine light reaching into the centre and over Divinity. One day she told me she felt lonely and asked for her ‘family’ to be returned to her. The skull is one– yet also the pink seed crystal that was with her in Babylon or Sumeria has disappeared! I have a total blank here as it was with her when I took them all outside, Divinity included, for their cleansing. She will find me at the right time– when the essence is completed.

Another of her family is a piece of larimar some sponge divers found on the the ocean floor off Costa Rica some years back. It was given to their local shaman and eventually came to me. It is part of the original Dolphin Healing temple of Atlantis. It is temporarily with all my larimar pieces near the clear crystal bowl — fountain. One of my friends ‘had’ to buy this huge piece of larimar she could not afford and felt directed to cleanse it with ceremony for days and then felt it was to be with my pieces for a time. It seems the temple piece was much drained (yes it has been for ages and what ever I tried had not helped) and this piece came to re sustain her light. She had given so much for the larimar energies, she was very spent. I had placed all my larimar– pieces I had forgotten I even had together with the temple piece for total healing and recalibration. Next weekend, when I run my next Reiki work shop, I will return her piece as she will come up to do the work shop with me.

But while Divinity’s family has been absent, I felt her presence as she watched yet was involved with the essence itself. Was the grid she established earlier part of this as well? As I have said I do not have all the answers any more

Ramblings here but part of the essence notes I suspect. I got up early to check on the essence and wrote this!!

“Yes the grid was important as preparation for the essence Beloved One. All the work you have done before the essence was created was part of this process to unfold. Even the earth quake was part of the process for as we have said—as man’s energies expand more into love—so life of ancient lineage stirs and wakens and seeks release.

Remember we have said—other such things stir and will rise and those who are these instruments for the release, recalibration or opening will be called forth for this work. This is why we say to allow and be—to surrender to all processes with love for then all that is sacred will unfold through you as it is to be. Some of you are emissaries for the light—so allow to be this and aid the work that is to be undertaken in the name of Love for Earth and Man.”

ESSENCE OF SACRED LIGHT AND WISDOM- LEMURIA RETURNS part 6

Written a little later than the above: This morning early, I was up looking, feeling. It just seemed to want to be there and with nature and the elements. Perhaps the life force of the Ones who were in it, need that space of life for themselves and I do not feel it is my place to disturb that and so I leave it once more with its communion with the tactility our earth life offers.

In a way it felt like , after being locked away for eons, they woke, attached themselves to the life of the essence which was open and welcoming for them — and now in their freedom, they embrace this with great joy! My eyes fill with tears when I think of this—the beloved ones I have always loved being trapped so. Yet—I also feel they may have returned to their home land so part of this may be imprinted memory? Holding to the life they once experienced and touching it through being here in the ancient sacred place gifts them a bridge to all time as old and modern become one. My heart is so full for them; I cannot express what I am feeling, for I feel overwhelmed.

There is much here as well—if they have gone home, and yet still remain to imbue physical experience, perhaps we see them as limitless expressions of life. This will be a new concept for many—that life can be all expressions in all places as one energy and part of creation. As a collective song—they may be anywhere at any time, as freed Spirit—all things are now possible.

I also feel they are here to learn and touch physical life in a new way as well.

Oh! I feel the presence of the one I met in vision years ago. Such loving awareness, such knowing—such wisdom—it brushed my mind for a moment, linking and allowing me to understand that what I postulate holds truth. It is beyond my full understanding to grasp all this, I know. And I am sleepy as well— I have a sense this is more momentous than I know—

11.58 AM Sunday 26TH August

Ceremony – initiation

I felt a need to be with the essence and now the sun is out it has warmed up as early pre- spring. The essence was bathed in the sunlight and all was fragrant and harmonious outside.

This time I felt welcomed to this space and as I stood back away for the essence, I felt and saw a tall Cat male standing there with his arm wrapped around the bowl. He was much taller and I and he beckoned me forward to the essence. It seemed he put his hands around my head and then gently dunked it into the bowl; face first as if to embrace its frequency. Then I felt him dip his fingers into the essence and draw symbols on my ajna and then on my face. Then he continued to do this to my other chakras. I felt he offered this to my third eye to see more clearly , my throat for true communication, my heart for greater love and opening, my solar plexus for true union with all of creation– my lower chakras a goddess female and my feet for connection to the divine mother.

Yes it was an initiation of sorts, I felt.

Preparation to making up the essence- discussion and understanding

“Can I make up the essence now?” I asked
“Yes”, he said
: Do we take it?”
“Nay, it is not one to put in the mouth, but use it for ceremony and on the body via spray if you choose, for you the work is completed now—for others see what feels right and when the essence is made—open your heart to other possibilities”

I stood back, feeling a little sort of light headed and came here to write this up—I feel more is to be shared when I make the essence, he later said there was no rush to make it but the work is now complete and so all is my own time now.

I have had ceremonies like this before and perhaps each one is another level or another understanding being offered. Such energies are not ones I fully understand and so all I can do is trust and allow the process, knowing the love I have felt is perfect as it is. I ask nothing of this except to just allow what is beautiful to be.

Later as I tuned into the made up essence on the ethers
( projected future) before I had made yet—I heard a mumbling coming from it– as if when you hold the bottle all you need is given to you – a sharing of knowledge and energies. How beautiful.

3.35PM
It is now time to make up the essence., I had a need to prepare my study for this—Lazaris music which I had down loaded on my Mac and for some unknown reason it just started to play all by itself. I am to photograph it with the fountain and lights. I feel its energy with me strongly, calling and yet still and patient as if it has all eternity as well. There is no rush, just peace and joy. I bring forth the true Song of Lemuria once more in total harmony and love.

As I sit here and type, my heart is so open and so filled with the love of the essence and it unites with my own love. My heart soars with joy, so much joy., I feel I am retuning home to the love I am , the love we were in Lemuria. My eyes have filled with tears. Once more I have brought Lemuria to earth in this now– we have opened a bridge which will stay open and have created another way to reach our true home.

Lemuria is the beginning of life on earth when we walked with love and purity and were the true reflections of Mother Father God. It was a time where the knowledge of good was all we knew– and where we lived by one code—love.

To bring this forth is to bring forth who we really are. For as we embrace all truth of self, we return to this place of light where only love is the fibre of who we are. When the Annanuki brought fear—and the Knowledge of good and evil predominated, these truths faded from man’s knowing. Now we are able to embrace this for all time, as we bring forth our true selves and live in the harmony of self.

“This essence has opened a bridge to creation—a returning to purity and love and is allowing us to be who we really are. Call this evolution and know that we are transcending into who we are.

Some of us are guided to lead others over the bridge into the true places of the new earth. Essences as this one enables this for those who seek and claim, for here in lies the true nature of the essence—to be One with self—to be One with soul self—the true self who is an aspect of Mother father God.

The beloved ones who filled the essence were released, oh yes—and yet—they gifted the true nature of their purity here for a time—and so it is seeded here, sentient- for us all.

Hold the essence and feel this song. Yes, it may be placed on the body – but it is not needed! As you hold it—allow the process of unfolding. Commit to the knowledge that you are perfect as you are, and allow yourself to be guided into the true places of light where you are already—it is just that you had forgotten. In this way you unite with the true self and your purpose of being here on earth now.

We beloved ones are the rainbow bridge to carry you home. Allow and be—for we embrace thee. Now make the essence in our name.”

Making up the essence

I go to get the essence and on this mild late winter’s day, the bowl feels more than warm! I am reminded of the stone entrance to the inner Lemurian caverns on the rocky hill on the farm. The day it was also too warm for such a cold day.

As I made up the essence it felt in harmony. Stillness and beauty filled that place, and as I completed this task—the music stopped all by itself the same way it had begun. I had also decided to decant the remaining precious liquid mother into a bottle for sacrament as I do – and I heard very clearly—“save some for the earth straight from the bowl—-“
It is done. The name given feels very right= ESSENCE OF SACRED LIGHT AND WISDOM- LEMURIA RETURNS

I went out and poured some of the sacrament liquid directly from the bowl on the ground and fence post where the essence has sat and added my love and thanks.

Monday 27th August 3PM

Later

After I had made the essence, it felt completed and I could let it all go. The work was done. It felt good to be able to release it all after five days of focus. Later the essence remained with me as did one of the Cat People, the large male who initiated me at the bowl.

Today has been interesting as my electronic SLR digital camera, washing machine, dishwasher and computer all had difficulty working properly. Goodness me— Tomorrow night is also a full moon eclipse. I had asked whether it was a day too early to make up the essence but I was assured it was not. If it feels right I will, however put the mother essence out under the stars.

I reached out to the essence to see if anything final is to be added. All I felt was this simple message of love and joy shared:

“All is well, be at peace and know the work is done.”

There is peace there for sure, and stillness. My heart feels perfect and absolute joy.

Friday 7th September
Follow Up

It now feels time to correct and then finalise these notes. I did not go back and re read my notes during the process as living it was enough at the time. Re-reading the notes was an interesting experience for me as I had forgotten much of what I had written really.

My first reaction was the amazing love the beloved Ones offered here as they unfolded. I wept often as I read the notes for they had indeed seeded so much of their love here and my heart opened as wide time and time again as I understood more of the path we had shared together. If after eons of entrapment they are truly fully free my heart is full for them.

I did put the Mother and the sacrament out under the full moon and for the eclipse. It was important the essence be complete before these times it seemed, and as it stood under the moon and stars I felt it. Like a Great One surrendering to the night, the energy of the universe and to Mother Father God. Its golden colour shone of its own light and I felt somehow it was part of creation, like a standing stone embracing all energies.

The notes held their energy too as does the essence for when I hold it, I feel them so deeply and the gifts they have offered to us through it. I will allow the essence to find the places it is to go to —my essences seem to work this way.

I have left the Mother essence on my desk and it seems content to be there, and in truth I could not put it away as it is alive there and we share great love together. Occasionally it seems to want to be outside, and so I take there and leave it for a time.

I have used the sacrament for ceremony also in my bath one night and in my oil burner and fountains and out on the earth. At these times, it feels like a deep celebration and thanks for all life and I feel deep gratitude. Is it my imagination that all life seems to join in that celebration?

There is more left for later if it is asked of me.

The electronics played up for a few days, and as I had to run a Reiki work shop, my focus changed to that. But the Cat male remained and is still here. I feel his love and strength and it reminds me of a mountain, so strong and indomitable. In some way it is like the deity on our hill has come alive and is with me.

I asked the Cat male if anything needed to be said, and he said, “No it is all said and completed” and so now I can close this and let its true pathway unfold.

Names

As I was making the essence I remembered that some people call the Cat People the Pashcats. I have a strange feeling it was not a polite term for them and it seems abhorrent to them.
As the essence was unfolding however, I was very clearly told that this is not a correct name for them and not to use it.
